I booked this hotel because the air conditioner in the room booked by baba next door was broken, and there was no electricity before, and the transportation was inconvenient, so I directly booked the San Marco next door.
The design of the hotel is quite good, but the service is not very considerate, especially the glasses are missing near the swimming pool. I asked the staff at the front desk and the pool bar, and when they heard that something was missing, they immediately said nothing. "Please, I just need your help to find it. I didn't say who is the thief." The hotel staff didn't even ask a question or say help to find it." Very disappointed. Although the hotel has a shuttle and a swimming pool, it is better than the baba next door, but the service quality needs to be improved. Compared with the service concept of a five-star hotel, you need to think about the guests.

Excellent hôtel, très propre avec une magnifique vue. Les gens à la réception sont accueillants et très attentionnés. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le seul bémol est l’horaire et la fréquence des navettes pour aller en ville. Il pourrait y avoir plus de navettes, elles sont généralement aux 2-3 heures. Si tu manques la navette et que tu demandes un taxi à la réception de l’hôtel, c’est la navette de l’hôtel qui viendra te porter au même terminus ( environ 15 minutes entre les 2 endroits) au coût de 30 Euros !

If you are looking for somewhere special to stay on Mykonos, you should definitely choose San Marco Hotel. This hotel’s staff was exceptional without questions! The most welcoming, friendly and attentive staff I have ever met. We greatly appreciate Rias welcome and gentle sense of humor. She and the rest of the team made us feel entirely comfortable and happy. We had an amazing weekend at San Marco! Thank you for making our trip so special!

The San Marco exceeded all of our expectations. They are the Ritz of Mykonos. Hospitality, wait stuff, shuttle service and spa are simply exceptional. Don’t waste your time at any other resort! They met our every need! The view from the rooms and reception are breathtaking! Walk to the lighthouse and enjoy the buffet breakfast!

Un accueil chaleureux, les chambres et Vue sur Mer superbe. Déjeuner est un plus, mais de base. La piscine est magnifique, tranquille durant notre séjour. Repas soir ,excellent. Loin de Mykonos mais un navette est disponible. Tout est parfait dans la simplicité. Merci a Maria au bar de la piscine pour son Excellent service et recommandations. A recommander

The staff were amazing! Ria from the reception was so friendly and she helped us from the first day for reservations, food, beaches, etc. We called her “smiley girl” because every moment was smiley. Giannis from the restaurant also was so sweet and helpful! The room was clean and had nice views! The shuttle bus service was great because it was like every 1-2 hours. Thank you for everything! Fabulous views, the staff are amazing from shuttle drivers to spa staff to front desk to bar and restaurant. Everyone treats you like you are a long lost friend. And the rooms are beautiful the view of the ocean is incredible. Highly recommend

The place is unreal. The location of the hotel is really nice, just 10 minutes away from the Mykonos Town. The staff was super friendly and smiley, especially the two girls of the front desk Ria and Xanthi. Ria booked for us an island tour with dinner! So good experience! They offered also free shuttle bus service from hotel to town all day. We had an amazing stay at the San Marco Hotel. Thank you girls and all the staff for making our stay a memorable one. I can't wait to return again!!!
