Beautiful experience. It was a very pleasant stay. The structure is beautiful, as is the swimming pool equipped with enough sunbeds. Worth mentioning is the proximity to the beautiful beach Kalo Livadi, reachable on foot in just two minutes. Another positive aspect is the proximity to the village of Ano Mera with numerous restaurants and taverns where you can eat excellent traditional dishes and excellent fish. Overall the service is more than good. The restaurant of the structure does not offer a great variety of dishes. I highly recommend it, also ideal for families.

The hotel is very close to the beach but the bus stop is a little far away and you have to climb a fairly big hill. The rooms are also located on a very steep climb and we had to go to the top so it is not very comfortable to carry our luggage up there. The room is very spacious and there is even a small refrigerator but there were quite a few insects. The bathroom is a little deteriorated for the quality of the hotel. The pool is great and the breakfast is very complete.

The service attitude is good and polite, and the price is relatively high. The swimming pool is a selling point, and it is very close to the beach, so you can enjoy the sun and the beach. However, it is far from the city center and needs to rent a car to travel. It is a bit inconvenient for tourists who like to go to bars.

ORRIBILE ! ORRIBILE ! ORRIBILE Non ho mai fatto una ricenzione in vita mia , ma questa volta la fregatura e stata troppo grande ed devo prendere atto . Praticamente la VERA TOUR ci ha venduto consapevolmente questo posto ORRIBILE con dei standard da 1 * al prezzo di 4* con mezza pensione , in un posto Terribile *** dove il personale oltre ad essere incapace ,poco curato ed fuori da ogni standard di professionalità e anche furbo ed poco cortese ! Abbinamento perfetto !! insieme a delle camere sporchissime con dei standard da centro per i rifugiati ! Purtroppo ho letto tardi l’è ricenzioni rilasciate da altre persone ed mi pento ancora di avermi fidato del ‘ agenzia ,che ci ha venduto questo posto ! Siamo andati dal 9 agosto per 7 notti ! Non voglio raccontavi il tutto perché e un brutto ricordo ma : * posto in una area brutta con dei cantieri , sporca e con molto ,molto vento * personale incapace , ( con magliette e scarpe sporche ) a fare il servizio da cameriere in un ristorante INESISTENTE ! ..dove i prodotti sono immangiabili ed dove la preoccupazione principale e venire a farti pagare i 5 euro per l’acqua ,ma a te ancora ti devono portare le posate e la tovaglia dopo 30 min da quando ai l’ insalata sul tavolo ! * Piscina con acqua che puzza di ristagno * camere sporchissime , con dei bagni horror * zona piscina sporchissima * personale furbo e prezzi ai drink secondo il vento ( 1 birra +1 coca colla = 18 euro !! Il gg dopo 15 ) * i bambini non hanno nulla da mangiare ( pur di aver pagato mezza pensione per 2 adulti e 2 bambini ) Da evitare !!! VERA TOUR ha 15 camere li ‘ , ed era ben a conoscenza della situazione del posto ( viste le lamentele di tanti turisti )ma sembra che l’ unica cosa che conta sono i soldi !! Te ti devi arrangiare !!! Scapate !! Scapate !! Scapate

L’accueil est sympathique et le petit dejeuner est varié. La piscine est jolie. Le lit parental était confortable. Par contre GROS BEMOL! pas assez de places de parkings, très mal insonorisé l’eau de la douche ne s’ecoule pas, le coffre fort etait HS, et l’hotel n’est clairement pas accessible pour les personnes handicapées ou ayant des soucis de déplacement….

ho soggiornato con amici nel mese di Agosto. Albergo piccolo ma molto carino. Purtroppo la nota negativa e' indirizzata al servizio purtroppo inadeguato della struttura, alla carenza di personale ,poco attento alle esigenze del cliente e maleducato. Colazione e cena scadenti , scelta menu molto limitata

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, aber im Badezimmer kam Wasser von der Kanalisation zurück und es hat unglaublich schlecht gestunken. Dem Hotel ist dies bewusst, sie konnten aber nichts fixen. Auf den Fotos sieht das Hotel super aus, aber die Kopf-/Kissen sind so schmutzig, dass ich diese nicht benutzt habe bzw. drauf liegen wollte. Da es so schmutzig war, gabe ich auch das Pool nicht benutzt. Die Reinigung ist sehr früh gekommen. Beim Frühstück gab es viel Auswahl, leider hat es nicht geschmeckt. 150 m vom Zentrum stimmt überhaupt nicht, das Hotel ist in dem nichts-man muss Taxi oder Bus nehmen. Das Hotel ist sehr nah zu Kalo Livadi Strand. Der Strand ist sehr schön, aber aufpassen- 2 Liegestühle und 1 Schirm kostet 80 Euro. Das Personal war meiner Meinung nach sehr arogant und überhaupt nicht nicht hilfsbereit. Es gibt schönere und nähere Hotels zum Zentrum und Strand. Ich gehe da nie wieder......
