Radisson Blu Euphoria Resort, Mykonos

Awful smell of sewage from the outside of our room. Terrible music blasting all day from a villa just below the hotel. Not much choice on the dinner menu. €17 for a glass of wine. View from room amazing. All for just £500 a night. Not going back!!

What n amazing hotel this is !!!! There are many excellent thing about it but the staff have to be mentioned first there are all so helpful and made u feel really special the food was outstanding and we joy a few plates lovely spotless rooms which were really quite and cool we want to book again for the next summer.Cannot wait !!!

Nice hotel with amazing views of the Aegean Sea. We had a pool room which was lovely as the pool was surprisingly large and looked out to sea. Beds very comfy, waiting staff very attentive and polite. Breakfast was very good and more food than we could ever eat! TV didn’t work properly and couldn’t use the cast function, minibar didn’t work and was warm, terrace was filthy and not cleaned once during the trip. These items let the hotel down from receiving full marks. Also worth noting the hotel is on top of a steep hill which is not ideal if you don’t have a car, walking down is ok but up another story!! I feel the hotel could also offer a shuttle service to the beach for guests.

We spent a week here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. The hotel is immaculate and our room came with a private pool and the most incredible view. Breakfast was great and the times we also ate at the hotel (i.e lunch was also lovely) The staff is also what makes this place so nice; so attentive and always willing to go the extra mile for the guests. They’re a credit to Radisson! Granted whilst Kalo Livadi is more isolated to the rest of island (it only takes less than 20mins to get into hustle of Mykonos town), in my opinion this was also a benefit given how lively and busy the other parts can get. The hotel will arrange a car hire for you should you wish to drive around. Given I’m not the most confident of drivers was more than happy to use the iMove app (the Greek version of Uber) to get around; this generally came to the same cost of hiring a car per day. The hotel is situated on top of a hill but again this never caused an issue for me as I quite enjoy a walk but err on the side of caution if you’re more limited mobility. Overall loved my stay here and will certainly come back.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service and comfort. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities, including the fitness center and pool, were top-notch. Additionally, the location was perfect. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Me and my wife had a great experience at the Radisson Mykonos hotel. The staff at the hotel are excellent particularly Angelo and Spartacus. Angelo was very welcoming, friendly and attentive so huge kudos to him. Spartacus was very friendly and helpful during breakfast and made us feel so welcome. The hotel has a superb location and access to one of the best beaches in Mykonos. The hotel location is quiet, peaceful and relaxing with amazing views. Our room was excellent and like a honeymoon suite with great style and comfort. The private pool provides great privacy and panoramic views of the island and the sea. A few days we had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent, the service was exemplary and there was a vibrant atmosphere. The restaurant staff are very knowledgeable and informative with polite manners. Overall it was an amazing experience in a wonderful hotel that is run by a great manager. We would be happy to visit again in the future.

On the positive side of this hotel was the great views and the very friendly personnel. The room was large with a comfortable bed mattress. But …. you need a car even for going to the nearest beach and drive carefully on a very narrow road. Breakfast was ok but definitely not for a five star hotel. 9.90 euros for a coffee is too much for me

Let me start with the positives the view is amazing from both the communal and bedroom and the doorman is very friendly always smiling and helpful. That’s where it ends it was a total disappointment in so many other areas When I arrived there was no internet and you could not make calls (as their lines were down) or watch tv so I was unable to do anything. I even had to go to the restaurant to order my room service which arrived and was not what I ordered they gave me medium rare instead of medium well. I wasn’t eating that and I wasn’t venturing out in the dark to complain. The room was not cleaned to a high standard and had ants. I was told we are in nature so I should expect it. Whilst staying the toilet door handle fell off unto my toe causing severe pain and a small cut which bled a little. I asked for an accident report to be made. Management refused and said I would need email their legal team. I was even accused of tampering with the handle to cause myself the injury. I explained as it was an open wound I no longer felt comfortable going in the pool or sea so not to get an infection. Stefanos the manager told me it doesn’t matter as the sea has healing properties as it is the cleanest beach in the world so I will be fine. The Gym is woefully pitiful only 4 equipment. Breakfast was just okay. The hotel is situated on a very steep hill so getting to and from the beach is a trek. I would not do this with kids or elderly. The safest way to access it is by car I wouldn’t recommend anything else as I witnessed an AVT flipped out on the side of the road with two injured individuals. It’s worth noting taxi’s are ridiculously expensive I spent more on taxi’s then my business class return flight to get into town it was 55 euros each way.
