Hotels near Rineia, Mykonos

Very clean rooms and very comfortable with wonderful sea view. The staff was very polite. The hotel is modern and the decoration was fantastic. This is the second time that i visited penelope with my wife and after the renovation the hotel was beyond our expectations. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!!!

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful with local recommendations and assisted with transfers, reservations and other matters. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. Drink and food options were perfect for our needs. A la Carter breakfast and coffee menu each morning were spot on.

Eleni’s village suites was on the last leg of our tour of the Islands in Greece. We arrived in the afternoon and took a transfer(36 euros for 3 people) from the port. One can easily take the local bus which would cost about 1,80 to 2,30 euros, but we didn’t know that then. We were welcomed at the village suites by Ewe and were shown to our accommodation. This was the only place where we stayed that had a stove, cookware, cutlery cups, coffee maker etc. This meant that we could actually prepare meals as eating out in restaurants in Greece can become very expensive as our rand(zar) was 1/20 against the euro. The accommodation was close to the local bus stop. Just down the road was a supermarket which was very inexpensive and we bought all the necessary stuff to have a decent meal which cost less than 15 euros and that was enough for 3 people. Where we paid for a steak 18 euro at the restaurant on the corner. Even though the suites r close enough to the port it is not close enough to walk. We also were served a complimentary buffet breakfast the 2 mornings that we were there. Lovely fruit, cereals, breads, cookies, coffee and juice. U could eat as much as u wanted. We took the bus down to the port and explored Mykonos, old city and little Venice. The area was beautiful. Lots of restaurants along the walkways and the beach. U could also swim . Eleni’s Village suites were very clean and comfortable. WiFi was good especially to connect with family at home. Unfortunately there were no pool at the place as it was quite warm. The surrounding area is quite dry and looks very rural.

The hotel location is good and very close to Little Venice and Windmills (both around 5-10 mins walk). The hotel is in quiet area and have a nice bakery nearby. But because I go there is low season, there are no one in the reception area and I spend a bit time to figure out how to get my rooms. The overall experiences are nice here for me.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Every request we made was handled positively and efficiently. Chairs for our balcony, printing ferry passes, directions, suggestions, transfers to/from ferry dock, etc. Room was nicely cleaned every morning. Pool bartender was perfect, bringing towels, pointing out HH specials, setting us up with wine ice bucket and plastic wine glasses for our room, etc. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of variety. We dined in the Restaurant one night and food was tasty, and waiter was smart, efficient, and attentive. The walk to/from town wasn’t that much of an issue, but make sure stairs to your room won’t be an issue because there can be many based on your room location. The hotel has several vertical levels. We really enjoyed our stay and do/can recommend this hotel, mainly because everyone was so service-oriented.

This hotel was actually the former house of an Orthodox bishop and was reformed into a hotel (cool historical fact). While the hotel is quieter and the rooms a bit dated, the actual grounds are very beautiful. There is a cute patio area and a pool area that is lit up in the evening- definitely worth checking it out. We didn't venture here until our last night during our stay, and were sad we hadn't checked it out earlier. Location- Great & can't be beat. It is a 5 minute walk into Little Venice/party area. It is also a 5 minute walk to Ammos beach. Breakfast- a bit lacking. Had a few pastries, etc. We actually only made it here for our last morning of the trip. Service- great! Very helpful. Some tips/suggestions: - A taxi from here to the port is €20 (may be helpful to know) - There are cute cafes walking towards little Venice. We would get a frappe and spinach pie everyday for about €5. Suggestions for places to go in the area: - If you are going for nightlife, you NEED to check out Negrita. It is located on the seaside *****. The vibes were amazing, the bartenders were gorgeous, and it's just a total vibe if you are going for a good party. Nothing like being splashed by the Aegean sea while dancing with your friends to Mamma Mia. - Nice N Easy Restaurant- we went here twice. Once for a bottle of wine (around €30) and once for dinner. Overall, would stay at this hotel, mainly because of the great location!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Myconian. The staff are super friendly & welcoming. That makes the experience great! We stayed on the 4th floor. So a little stairs required to climb (if you have mobility challenges, please request for a floor that have direct lift access). The compound is beautiful! Especially the view from the balcony is really impressive. We got the room that gets to see the sunset by the sea. The room is clean. We bumped into the housekeeper & she really cleans (pull out all pillow case & blanket cover) everyday! They change the towels during the room clean up & sun down service. If you need a kettle, you have to request from the housekeeping. Water from tap is not drinkable. Only 2 bottles of water is provided per evening after 7pm. Otherwise, you have to use the mini bar or call for room service. Otherwise, it was a beautiful stay.

Myself and a friend booked this hotel pretty last minute after seeing such great reviews. It certainly did not disappoint, every member of staff in this hotel is incredible!! They couldn’t be anymore helpful. Special thanks to the reception staff who are available 24/7 via what’s app to book taxis arrange items needed to be brought to the room nothing is a problem, Extra special thanks to Costas the F&B manager. Not enough words can be said about this man he sincerely can not do enough for you, we have never experimented service like it. We were so happy and enjoyed our stay that we extended by an extra night, the hotel gave us a cheaper rate than we could find online and also upgraded our room (our original room was incredible) to a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony!! This will be the only hotel we stay at in mykonos, couldn’t recommend enough we have told all our family, friends and colleagues the same. Book book book, you will not be disappointed

The hotel belongs to Aegean Collection and will open in 2020. Convenient location, just in Mykonos Town. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Windmill of Mykonos, Little Venice, I Love Mykonos staircase and other snorkeling places. There are also many restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to Mykonos Old Town Pier, and you can take the Sea Bus to New Port and take a boat to Naxos, Santorini and other places. The hotel does not have a parking lot 🅿️, and there is a chance to not drive 🚗 to Old Town during busy hours. There is free parking nearby, but it is difficult to find a parking place. There is also a paid parking lot, more than €10 parking once, and it is not free to enter and exit. So if you are traveling by car, think about how you can put down your luggage in your car to the hotel and drive to other places to play. When checking in, the hotel staff gave us a map and a little introduction to where Mykonos can go. We also informed us that the restaurant downstairs in the hotel has discounts for guests. The room is on the second floor, it is wide, you can open 2 large suitcases at the same time. There is a small terrace with 2 rubber scales, you can sit on the terrace and enjoy a little sea view. Implementing the Greek wind, the main color of the room is blue and white. A painting of Mykonos is hung on the wall. There is a coffee machine in the room, and Nespresso coffee capsules and tea bags are provided. The bathroom has a small decoration shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrush and so on. The cylinder position of the enterprise is the same as most hotels in Greece. Glass only accounts for half of the cylinder position, so when showering 🚿, the water will bounce outward. Mykonos at night is getting more and more prosperous, and I feel a lot of party animals . So the hotel downstairs is also a bit noisy.
