This place was a 5 star hotel, so we expected much more. The stuff was so rude and they didn't even say welcome to us, they straight up asked for our id's. No smiles or nice gestures. We thought we were going to a nice spa but it was literally a 1980's swimming pool area. Everything was so out of style and time. Old and rusty areas and lockerooms were terrible. The experience was not worth of 205€... it was a 3€ swimming pool experience. I would not reccomend this place. It's a robbery of your money and rude workers everywhere. We drove here 3 hours and did not feem welcomed or relax.

Very poorly service, expecially in Ravintola Rucola. We expected more from a hotel in this priceclass. We had waited a long time to travel to this destination and it’s very disappointing to meet workers at this hotel, who don’t smile to you and who makes you feel like you don’t deserve more.

The hotel and staff were nice, your toddler really enjoyed the spa and had much fun. We were already thinking of coming back for another time, but… During our stay we found a large silverfish bug (finnish: Paperitoukka) in our rooms toilet. These things can transfer to people’s own homes via luggage and cause a permanent infestation that is practically impossible to eradicate. We have already had to relocate once because of these insects and wouldn’t want to do it again because of a spa visit. So no more Naantalin kylpylä for us, which is a shame.

The whole spa experience was from 80’s even though offered treatments were good. We were paid to stay for two nights but stayed only for one. Location is lovely, but rooms are small, breakfast is not even close to normal Finnish hotel breakfast standard.

Nice place beautiful surrender, helpfull staff. Outdoor spa was super. Breakfast was exsellent. Good place to have a little break from everyday life. Thai garden is a super restaurang to have real thai experience without flying abroad. Naantali is a nice little city to promenade and enjoy the atmosphere.
