We have consistently maintained the room temperature between 18 to 20 degrees, and we are well-prepared for extreme heat conditions, even exceeding 40 degrees. Furthermore, your suggestion that you encountered plumbing issues and a lack of running water is completely false. We have an excellent maintenance team that promptly addresses any concerns our guests may have. Your complaints regarding the toilet not functioning or the inability to use the sink and shower simply did not occur. Your accusations regarding the room's security are particularly disappointing. Our hotel takes the safety and security of our guests and their belongings very seriously. We provide safe storage options and ensure our premises are well-monitored and secure at all times. It is unfair and untrue to suggest otherwise. Regarding your comments on our location, Nabeul is a vibrant and culturally rich destination that many of our guests have thoroughly enjoyed. While we cannot control your personal preferences, it is unfair to mislead others about the area's characteristics. Furthermore, it is evident from your history of reviews on Google and TripAdvisor that you have consistently expressed dissatisfaction at various places.
