意外的乾淨整潔，酒店在紀伊勝浦町碼頭邊，緊臨着金槍魚拍賣市場，浦島温泉酒店的烏龜船碼頭就在其對面，從JR紀伊勝浦站走到也衹需要10分鐘，很方便，早餐有麪包咖啡。

從Jr紀伊勝浦站穿過商店街到酒店也就五分鐘左右吧，半路還能看到足湯。
入住很方便，不過房間是鑰匙鎖非電子鎖。
衞生間稍微有點小，有免費的早餐提供，麪包&咖啡隨意。

環境：樓下馬路對面就是浦島和中之島的碼頭位置。離魚市場不遠，走幾分鐘就能到！海邊泡腳池真的很好，可以邊泡腳邊看海！

不大適合同胞旅行住。更不要帶孩子住。進去沒人跟你打招呼。服務員就是老闆。早餐也一口沒吃，體驗感太差，態度跟價格無關跟硬件相關。
