Stayed here overnight on our way to see family. It was very clean and new and a fantastic value for what we got. Other nearby hotels were 2-3 times more expensive, and we even got breakfast. My only negative was the road noise, as our room faced Hwy 59, but running the AC/fan helped that.

Only thing I would change is the pool area. Inside and way to much chlorine, but the kids loved it. Staff was helpful in every way and everything was just like it should have been. Have stayed there before and will pick this location again if the opportunity arrises.

The rooms are clean & accessible from indoors rather than outside providing an extra feeling of safety for the stay. The indoor hot tub/ pool are AMAZING! All of the staff is awesome especially the housekeepers and maintenance guy because they are always on top of things!

The only issue we had to leave a day early the hotel would not help us with a refund leaving the day early.

The manager is absolutely hateful. She's unnecessarily tactless and unhelpful. Her staff was great. Breakfast was at least food. The room was decent. Prices are ridiculous. Whole place was a little too full of themselves. They must have forgot they are in a country town.

Very nice property and room was very comfortable. I wish the pool had been an outside pool, but it looked clean and the kids seemed to be enjoying it. One gripe was the "policy" not to allow any check in prior to 3 pm. We arrived around 2 and unless we were willing to pay $25 early check in fee, had to wait, even if the room was ready.

My room was not cleaned there was someone’s leftovers left on the tv stand and a used bar of soap and half empty shampoo in the bathroom. But the staff was very friendly.

The hotel was very nice and within walking distance to several restaurants. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the parking. If you are pulling a trailer/boat, this isn't the place for you. There is no parking available that accommodates a trailer and the Burger King that is right next door has signs posted everywhere that say no overnight parking. They do not want hotel guests parking in their lot. That's a problem since there are not enough parking spots for everyone's cars if the hotel is full. The clerk told us there about a truck stop across the street that would accommodate us, however, that was a four-lane highway and it was not directly across the street. Just not a great option.
