L'Hotel du Lac

今回食事のために2回目の来館。 食事はイノベーティブで東京で食べればに 2倍かかりそう。 今回は 部屋を狭くし 値段も安かったのでコスパも良い。 オーベルジュは 部屋とかは期待できないが、ここもそう打ち出さないと 部屋などの古さは否めない ので厳しいコメントが続くのではないかな。

ペットオッケーのお部屋に宿泊。ロッジです。掃除は行き届いていました。ペット用掃除グッズも、ある程度、準備して頂いておりました。が、建物内自体が湿気臭い！ベッドルームは特に湿気臭い！気持ち悪くてベッドを利用出来ませんでした。 トイレドアは、内開きの為、古いトイレ用スリッパの着脱は非常に至難。 玄関ドアに続く階段の段差が大きい為、25キロの我家の老犬は昇り降り出来ず、毎回　抱えての移動。スロープなしです。芝生を散歩させていると鹿のフンが落ちていたので、気をつけないとダメでした。 朝食のみを付けてましたので、夕飯を持ち込みしましたがキッチンがないです。説明もないですが、電子レンジとケトルのみ。昔は使えた？のか、電子コンロが使えない様にしてありました。大昔に見た様な、収納量のない冷蔵庫が1台。 多国籍料理の様な朝食。唯一、美味しく頂けたのは珈琲のみ。5歳の孫は、食べるものがありませんでした。予約時、もしくは実泊の前に、アナウンスして頂きたかった。勿論、スタッフの方はそれ様に笑顔がありますが、普通の範囲です。プラスα の、魅力、サービスを感じませんでした。タイミングの悪いチェックイン業務。お支払いの後のお見送りも担当の方、お一人が実行して下さってましたが、カウンタースタッフの方もそれ様にされてもよいかも... お支払いも金数のやりとりのみ。「いかがでらっしゃいましたか」「ご堪能頂けましたか」「是非とも次の機会もご利用下さいませ」色々とセリフがあるかと思いますが、なし！です。感じが悪いです。嬉しいな！また、来たいな！と、思えません。 孫と夫は、プール遊びに堪能してましたので唯一の救いです。

In a word, it is very disappointing. I have used it three times so far, but I don't think I will be returning. It was a wonderful hotel, like a hideaway in the depths of Lake Biwa... In the first place, are the dining room and the hotel managed by different companies? There is an indescribable atmosphere of tension and not being on the same wavelength? The concepts are so different that it is tiring. There are many dishes, but the portions are small, so it's not enough, and when I finished eating one slice of bread, they quickly took away the plate without asking for a refill, which surprised me. Before, I could select a variety of breakfast options, but now I have a cup of soy milk, a small bowl of yogurt, a salad with mackerel and couscous, coffee, and that's it... There was no juice or *food for breakfast, and they just kept coming to pour water... I was completely disappointed. I wanted at least *food... No matter how you look at it, the same price setting as before is strange. So I won't be returning. Also, the dining table was U-shaped, but even though I had come to stay and enjoy my meal, I could see the faces of the other guests and hear their conversations. I couldn't eat calmly. If the hotel's concept is an auberge, and not a beef bowl restaurant, I think it would be better to have tables for each group.
