The foreign language level of the front desk is average, and they can't communicate well in foreign languages. When checking in, I had to wait for a long time because other guests were invoicing. There was a smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking room. I had to open the window for ventilation by myself, and it was still very cold. It's just a short walk from the east exit of Nagaoka Station.
I stayed in a twin room, and it was great that the toilet and bathroom were separate. The bed was also spacious so I was able to sleep comfortably.
The receptionist was also kind, and I had a pleasant stay.
I'd like to stay again.

There aren't many nice hotels in Nagaoka,
so I get the impression that there aren't many options.💦
I think most of the business hotels at the main entrance are old-fashioned.
