It was great that we could use the washing machine as much as we wanted, including detergent, at no extra charge.
Using the bathroom dryer function, one person's summer clothes and slip-on shoes were dry in one night.
Pajamas and towels are provided, so we were able to reduce the amount of luggage we brought with us for the night considerably.

Ctrip's email stated check-in at 18:00, but in fact it was 16:00. The check-in procedure is not at the address. You should notify the hotel by email when booking a room. I went directly to the address and climbed a flight of stairs (Picture 2). For the first time, I didn’t see the instructions in Picture 1 (at the corner of the corridor). I called the store and only I was told to check in at 16:00, but I was not told to go to another place to check in (English was very poor). At 16:00, I went there for the second time and called again to inquire. The person who answered the phone didn't speak any English at all. Fortunately, I found the description in Figure 1 and went over to check in. I walked back and forth to this slope three times. It is not recommended for girls with heavy luggage. The rooms are also generally soundproofed.

Perfect location, very professional, kind staff. World-class employees. Perfect ambassadors for Nagasaki, and I have travelled all over the world. They are simply outstanding. They gave me an incredible room on the top floor. I absolutely loved it! Had everything you needed and more. Extremely clean and comfortable. Nicest accommodation I had during this trip to Japan. If I had to complain about something, I would just say that the toilet paper could have been better quality, and I wish the curtains in the room were blackout. But the room was so nice otherwise, it didn’t matter. This hotel is basically perfect.
