Everything was amaaaaaazing at our stay! Pity that we only had 1 night 😭 the hotel is brand new and the staff were all great. We were warmly welcomed by the bell desk staff at L1, he was so friendly and it was a great start. Check in was seamless! We stayed at the highest floor and the view was great. The staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne as we told them that it was a wedding anniversary celebration. The room was modern, clean, and the best! Parking is at Amu Plaza just beside the hotel. Gym facilities at L8 were brand new and clean. Overall the best experience and we would recommend everyone to stay here when they visit Nagasaki! The location is very good, right between Nagasaki Station and AMU. The reception is on the 1st floor. Because it was raining, the front desk will help you dry your suitcase while you are waiting for the elevator. Check in on the 7th floor. All the staff greeted you with a smile when entering and leaving. It is in line with Marriott's positioning. The family room is not big, but in Japan, 36 square meters is considered good. There is an outdoor balcony with a good night view. If I come again, I will definitely stay here.

Both hotels are very convenient for transportation. I arrived at 1 pm. Other hotels can go through the procedures to get a room card and tell you to check in at 3 o'clock. You don't have to squeeze in the afternoon when there are many people to check in. This is not the case. You have to queue up at 3 o'clock, and the processing efficiency is low and the speed is very slow. I have stayed in more than ten hotels in Kyushu, and this is the only one that collects deposits. I had a cup of latte at the lobby bar for 1,700 yuan. The machine-made latte was very unpalatable, with only milk foam but no milk. At this price, you can have a set meal in the mall. Other hotels are also expensive, but the quality of the products is standard, which shows that the catering level of this hotel is not good. So I didn't have dinner in the hotel. The room is large and there is no problem with the facilities. The view is also good without being blocked by buildings. It's just that the air conditioning panel is too small and difficult to adjust. There are not many breakfast items, but the quality is very good. The service attitude of the brother at the egg stall is very good. There is a bus stop at the door, but the bus time on Apple Navigation is totally inaccurate. There is a tram a short walk away. The mall next to it has old and new buildings with good selection of goods at reasonable prices, and there are restaurants, which is very good to shop. The service staff at the reception on the first floor are very friendly.

It is not far from Nagasaki Port, Chinatown, Glover Garden Catholic Church and other scenic spots. I also passed by the art gallery on my way back to the hotel and went in to see the exhibition.

The room is so big and clean that you feel like you're not in Japan. If I go to Nagasaki, I will definitely go here!! The location is close to the station and a shopping mall, so I think there is a better location than this.
