I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Candeo Hotel in Nagasaki, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Nestled in the heart of Chinatown, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it a fantastic choice for both leisure and business travelers. Additionally, the hotel is just a short 2-minute walk from bus stops, making it easy to explore the rest of Nagasaki with ease. The hotel itself is modern and impeccably clean, which greatly enhanced the comfort of my stay. The check-in process is unique as it takes place on the 11th floor. Despite the initial surprise, the process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The convenience of having various restaurants and convenience shops within walking distance is a significant plus. Whether you're looking for a quick snack or a full meal, you won’t have to venture far to find what you need. Overall, my stay at Candeo Hotel was delightful. The combination of its convenient location, modern and clean facilities, and excellent service makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Nagasaki. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

Overall is ok, only no parking available , they give u a discount coupon to park nearby , which is acceptable

The room is clean and modern ; however, it is on the smaller side. We had two big suitcases and could only place on the little space/walkway in front of the bed; which meant that there was not much room for us to pass by. Otherwise, everything is great! Loved the hot spring and sauna, especially the outdoor hot spring pool!

The highlight was the rooftop onsen. Rooms are big for Japan's standard. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Just beside Chinatown, and alot of good restaurants are within walking distance. Enjoyed my stay!

It is a clean and convenient hotel. It was a little inconvenient because there was no parking lot, but it was covered because the location was good. The water pressure is also very strong. All accommodations in Nagashiki have strong water pressure. I almost flew all the way to Fukuoka while washing up. The large public bath is nice^-^

The room size is not too small in Japan It is particularly worth mentioning that the row of sofas by the window is very good. Make a cup of coffee and sit here. I feel like I don’t need to go anywhere. You can just be in a daze, play with your phone, or have a meeting... Downstairs is Chinatown! There is a shopping spot just across the road nearby. FamilyMart convenience stores are very convenient

Very clean! Convenient location! The big bath is very comfortable. There are laundry equipment, praise!

Overall it's good, but the changing room in the bath is fatally small and not worth talking about. The front desk explained it to me in detail, but I still had to wait. Maybe they didn't understand this when they were designing it? That's the only thing I regret.

It was a beautiful hotel. I was happy that I could watch paid channels such as Hulu as much as I wanted. There was also a large open-air bath which was very comfortable. This time I stayed without meals, but next time I would like to stay with meals included.

The location is very good, very close to the train station and Chinatown. There is a big Kokokara downstairs. The room is quite big, and the extra bed on the window sill is very convenient, so you can sleep a third person.
