Aston Batam Hotel & Residence

Awesome stay at Aston Batam. First time staying here, the experience was good. Check in at reception was easy and staff were all friendly and helpful. Housekeeper were also very welcoming and would greet us when we walked past. The breakfast buffet was also to my liking with many variety. One thing to mention, requested for a plastic chair and it was delivered instantly. Thanks. Would come again if we visit Batam again.

Room was spacious,staff was helpful and attentive. With bathtub and shower top a plus point as I have problems getting into the bathtub. Will stay at this hotel for my next visit

Location was great! Service and staff was very friendly. Massage conveniently located within hotel building at reasonable prices. Gym facilities was good as well. Pool was closed for maintenance during our visit. One thing to note is that there are 2 mosques nearby and guests might be able to hear the prayers in the early morning. One negative point about the room, we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with two toilets. The drainage system for both toilets were bad, with flooding occuring after showering, especially the bathroom in the living room. Flooding occured accompanied with a foul smell from the drainage and we decided to just use the toilet in the master bedroom instead. Could be unlucky case of room with bad toilets, but other than that everything else was great!

Check in and check out was a breeze. However the aircon in master room is faulty. We need to call several times to ask for extra towels and extra bed to be sent eventhough we already messaged and paid for the extra bed 1 month bef. No extra pillow is given, they said they ran out of it. Got cockroach in master bedroom toilet on second day. If ppl pass motion in Common bedroom toilet, u could smell it from the room next to it. Room slippers only provided 3 pairs despite we booked for 3bedroom apartment. No transport service eventhough we saw a few of “Aston” logo car parked outside their hotel. Massage place also not so comfortable as there’s not a high bed for u to lying down and there’s no aromatherapy smell in the room to make u more relax and calm. The only thing can make me comeback for this hotel is their Breakfast. It was so much varieries to choose from, but aircon seems not so strong as the restaurant was quite packed of ppl.

Stayed in a 3-room apartment at Aston Batam and had a great overall experience. The place was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. There was a wide variety of food options available. One small downside was the door lock, which was a bit difficult to use as it didn’t detect the key card easily and required several attempts each time. Other than that, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

location of hotel is good. nearby alot of places. The staff are all friendly and nice. The room is great, the bed and pillow were superb. Had a great night sleep. However the sofa in the living rm apartment its hard to seat on and the cushion of the sofa is non existence. I feel a change of sofa is much needed Other then that, all is good. Would return again.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The spacious 3-room apartment was comfortable for travelling. The location is good, with easy access to Nagoya Hill Mall, One Batam Mall, and Grand Batam Mall

The location of the hotel was also very convenient—close to many popular tourist spots, making it easy to travel around Batam. Overall, Aston Hotel Batam exceeded expectations in every way. It’s an amazing place with amazing people. This hotel will definitely be recommended to friends and family planning to visit Batam, Indonesia
