Good location, variety of eatery choices are within walking distance, whilst travelling to shopping malls is pretty convenient too.
Staffs are friendly but not so attentive. Limited breakfast choices with "same old" menu throughout our stay (5-nights).

My friends and I recently stayed at Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walking distance from Nagoya Hill Mall, making it ideal for shopping and dining.
The room facilities were average but adequate, and the cleanliness was up to standard. Although the absence of a hairdryer in the room was a minor inconvenience, the friendly and professional staff more than made up for it. They were very accommodating, even arranging for us to check in early without any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel’s convenient location and excellent service make it highly recommendable to others. With some improvements to the facilities, it would be perfect!
