Very good service from Salbrina from front desk. Always with a smile. Room is decent and breakfast is alright too.
3 mins walk to Grand Batam Mall.

Hotel and the room look dated. The room is a bit old and small especially the shower in the toilet not much space to move around. The breakfast does not have too much choices and the corner table seatings are very cramp. But location is very near to Grand Batam Mall need not cross the busy road.
