Room was as per photo in Trip Website, so its a nice Grand Executive with King bed. Facilities was good nice food around the hotel as well. Overall Great value for money, will stay again

Was given a room with Aircon leaking & can’t feel the air from Aircon. Even after the technician came to check, they only put a towel on the floor to absorb the water leaking but doesn’t solve the problem. I have to call in to request to change room and can only next day afternoon but the worse part is after changing the room, there is no difference at all! Changed into a room with Aircon (not leaking) but no coldness. Stayed in this hotel without having the need to cover blanklet during our sleep. Even my house Aircon is stronger than theirs. How bad can it be? First and Last time staying in this hotel!

Clean and nice

Booked 3X Executive rooms reached early at around 9-10am but was given only one room for our luggages and told us only able to check in at 2pm so we went to shop and return only at 7pm to check in the remaining 2 rooms and to found out that the initial corner room given to us earlier on was having eerie vibes and so we went for a change of room but was told rooms fully booked on the same floor but after overheard the conversation from other hotel guest who came to check in found out that there are 2 remaining rooms left so we ask the receptionist again and got our initial room changed but we found out another problem whereas the Room type given after change and before change are also of the wrong room type deluxe room instead of Executive rooms as there is huge size difference in the room compared to the other 2 rooms.

Already Book my room early in trip.com,i was Book 2 room…once arrived lobby only 1 room was available…they said need to wait around 30 min…but i was wait go 1 hour still not yet prepare….and then 1 of staff talk was rude…total dispointed with their service…

Service very good. Reception staff very helpful n friendly. Rooms very clean. Convenient location for shopping n eating. Price very reasonable. Very happy. Will come again.

good location.. near market and walking distance to 2 malls.. near harbour bay terminal.. very strict on check in and check out timing..

It was a good stay as staffs are all very friendly and service is good, area wise is also quite good except that the WiFi reception is not too good otherwise everything is perfect

Be very careful! I paid and booked the Executive room but was given a corner deluxe room, very small corner room. I went to ask for room change, female staffs insisted it's Executive room refuse to change. I demanded Executive room then her senior female staffs decide to give me a smoking room. I do not smoke! She didn't even bother to check other rooms, it's a wednesday 2pm, how it is no other executive rooms available. I had to put up 3 nights of smelly cigarette bed, the Aircon is not even cool, the TV remote is spoilt can't change channel or lower the volume. The hotel didn't bother to move me next available room after 1 night. This is not a 3 stars hotel, it should be a no star inn. Never again.

Shower head and holder damaged . Ask for a double bed but got a joint twin bed. Bed sheets got stains.. Hotel near food court, BCS shopping and Massage spa.
