Good place to stay with the family. Very convenient and just a walk across the road to Nagoya Hill.

All the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast so good 👍. I will book this hotel again with my friends.

First time staying at this hotel. Buffet breakfast spread is good and tasty too. Easy to get grab or gojek car right outside hotel lobby. Aircon and wifi are strong. Will return when come to Batam again.

Have not been staying at this hotel for more than 5 years and decided to stay here again. Still as good as before, close proximity to Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre which is just directly behind the hotel. Breakfast spread is good.

Location was awesome walking distant to mall and eateries. However I think it’s about time they change or upgrade their furnishings as the room we had seemed to be a little old. Another thing would be to do away with the smoking in the loft lobby, I really sucks to come out with your baby and the lobby reeks of cigarette smoke. Service was excellent though from the reception to the service crew in the restaurant. The breakfast had quite a decent spread with constant topping up. Overall had a pleasant experience.

Very friendly staffs. We called for house keeping and was almost attended to immediately. Hotel breakfast was great. They've set up another set of similar buffet to ease overcrowding.

Very strategically situated close to places of interest. Good food choices and a comfortable accommodation. Will be back when the price is right.

Few times we stayed in with Nagoya Hills Hotel only during tis visit realised that Bath & hand towels seem like not really white in color. Everything was excellent. Hope will improve.

Great hotel location, easy to go to the mall via level2. Many spa outlets and foot reflexology around within walking distance. Buffet was fantastic with a wide spread of variety. The chef even came to serve us something different as the ones in the menu ran out of stock for the day. The only disappointment is that there are many baby cockroaches 🪳 running around in the room 😫. There was about 5-6 🪳 we killed during our 2n stay there. And itchy after sleeping on the bed.

Good location, room is clean. Receptionist very helpful..got an early check in. Very thank full for that
