2nd time staying here after 2 years. Frankly, the maintenance isnt that good, but still a comfortable stay - Frayed towels should be replaced. 1st time trying their breakfast buffet, was ok, but not fantastic.

Had a fantastic stay at Artotel Batam! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Loved the free in-room snack bar and coffee machine, which added a nice touch. The location is super central, just a short walk to Grand Batam Mall and many eateries. Perfect for convenience and comfort!

The hotel is located in the city center and it is very convenient to take a taxi. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel and there are also some famous dim sum nearby. The room is quite big and clean. The towels are a bit old. Overall, it is very cost-effective.

It's our 2nd time staying at this hotel. It's very clean. But this time the towel in the room is a bit old and dirty. After all it's a nice stay. The best thing is the sound quality. U can't hear people walking around and talking. Really have a good rest. Walking around is easy.
