While the hotel's location is not particularly close to the train station, the surrounding area is quiet and pleasant if you're looking to have some distance from the crowds. The hotel itself is relatively new and well-appointed. One potential concern is the parking situation - the on-site parking spots are often full, both during the day and at night. However, there are some available public parking areas within a 5-10 minute walk of the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, despite the slightly inconvenient location in terms of public transportation access.

Everything is good, Car parking is subsidised. Except the washing machine has not proper instructions how to operate Dryer. Or there is no dryer function at all. Free capsules for coffee making and pj and bathroom is separate from toilet and kids and adults enjoy it very much.

Very nice place - staff members are very helpful, room facilities are big brands and also very new. Only a few minutes to OSU shopping district.

We booked a room for 3. The room is nice, clean and spacious. There is a small kitchen where we can make coffee or simple food. There is also a washing machine available. Enough USB for use. The staff there are polite, friendly and helpful. But there is no reception staff after 10 pm. We need a passcode to enter into the hotel after 10 pm. We tried once but not working well. There is no other facility like Spa or Gym in the hotel. The location is near to shopping street in OSU, a few minutes’s walk . But not near to Sakae. Overall, a good and quiet place to stay.

The staff is very friendly! The room is very big! The facilities are also very complete! Hygiene level is clean! Because it is a theme room, the children like it very much! Very suitable for a family to stay!

I stayed in the Aquarium room. Each of the amenities was carefully selected. Other great services included children's toys, rental Dyson products, and unlimited coffee and tea capsules.

The hotel is very spacious. We are a family of two adults and two children. There are cribs, a washing machine for washing clothes, and clothes can be dried in the bathroom overnight. It is very satisfactory for family guests. It has a refrigerator, a rice cooker, and a baking machine. The stove and microwave are more convenient for cooking than children, and the bathtub is so big that children have fun taking a bath. I will recommend it to friends!

Landed at NAGOYA Central Airport with a face full of uncertainty The first feeling was wow, so clean. There were many episodes when taking the Meitetsu because Google Maps was not very clear. After leaving the subway station, I dragged my baby and two suitcases through the streets and alleys and finally arrived at the hotel. The first feeling was that it was really good. When I entered the door, the front desk lady was very enthusiastic. The tablet also supports Chinese. The room arranged was also very good. There was a parent-child room, slippers, and toiletries could be taken by yourself in the lobby. The overall feeling was very comfortable and the price was reasonable. After all, labor in Japan is relatively expensive. Japan, a process worth visiting again

The experience was very good. The room was very clean. There were three adults and one child. There was an induction cooker, microwave, oven, capsule coffee machine (tea and coffee capsules are at the front desk), washing machine (no drying function), and refrigerator. The hotel can provide a full range of auxiliary supplies. There is a large supermarket Yamanaka Matsubara nearby. It is a 10-minute walk from the Yamanaka Matsubara store and about a 10-minute walk from the Osu shopping street. The nearby komeda osu is also a good choice for breakfast. The hotel can call a taxi for you. There is a front desk who can speak Chinese (it depends on luck and whether she is on duty). When I left, I took a taxi to Kanayama because I had a lot of luggage. It cost 1,060 yen~

A very good stay. We are a family with young children and love this hotel very much. There are small toys for children to play with in the check-in lobby. The hotel provides many different items for loan. In addition to basic kitchen supplies, you can even borrow toys. They are all in new condition. The room has a washing machine and a coffee machine. The refrigerator is big and cold enough. The room is big enough and the bed is big enough. Even if the washing machine does not have a drying function, the dryer in the bathroom can dry clothes very quickly. Basically, the clothes washed at night will be dry the next morning. The staff are all very nice and friendly and try their best to answer questions and provide assistance. There is a parking lot next to the hotel, and even if it is full, there are several parking lots nearby, not far from the hotel. If we go to Nagoya again, Gold Stay will definitely be our first choice. 

The room and hotel are very clean and tidy, but the hotel is located far away, 25 minutes from the city. However, the hotel has a parking lot, which is very convenient and fast.
