The location is superb and the room is spacious compared with most hotels in Japan. Staff is friendly and the view from our room is incredible, will definitely book this hotel next time.

Hotel is new and modern. The lobby looks great with big windows and the night view is nice. But this is probably the only good part in my opinion. In the room, the setting of the bed is strange because the pillows basically are put on the raised surface of the timber. Not recommended for children coz what if the children lie down on the pillow without being so careful? very easy to bump the head and if worse, got hurt. And one side of the wall in the room is like got dark ink, forgive me if i'm not very artistic. Overall, it was not a good choice in our whole trip. As a regular traveler with a young kid, i figured hotels not managed by big cooperation have problems like this: not very considerate.

Exit 13 of Sakae station can go directly to the hotel. Very convenient location. Staff is very nice and helpful. However, cleanliness has to be improved. There was some hair on the floor in the room ＞＜

Super convenient location with the hotel just located above the railway station, surrounded by shopping malls, tourist attractions and good places to hang around. Hotel rooms are decent and clean, with good views. Overall an excellent experience staying here!

The location is excellent right in the center with easy access to subway and shopping. Fantastic view of the city from lobby and your room. Very new hotel so everything is super clean. Room size is good too. Just a few minor feedback. There’s no face towels, there’s hand towel, bath towel but no face towel. The lighting in the room is a bit too dark for my liking but maybe that’s way designer intended since it’s dark all over. But I would like more light in the room

Loved everything about the hotel. Read a lot of reviews about how dark it was, but I found it quite soothing and matched its aesthetics perfectly (I dont normally like dark hotels). Beds were incredibly comfy, and the location was amazing! Staff were also super helpful even with my constantly annoying requests and questions. They were always smiling and willing to help, especially the French guy who's name I unfortunately forgot to get🥹Trust me, i was really annoying with my piles of luggage bags, and later need for luggage delivery request. LOL There was also enough room in the triple room to open 2 HUGE luggage bags! Thanks for the amazing stay!

New hotel with spectacular view of Nagoya city. Very cozy and convenient location. Recommended.

The location is good as it is near to Sakae subway stn. The hotel has nice view/scenery of Nagoya. The cleanliness is tip top and complete with room items/amenities.

- bad design of toilet door (block the entrance when open, unfriendly open lock) - Too much wood work and TV set until and no space to put luggage and cloth - Insufficent lighting in the corido

Great location in the downtown area, with a 'park' across the street, a short walking distance from the Nagoya Tower. The hotel has friendly staff, the rooms are clean and tidy, as is the bathroom. It's nice for kids but also for business travelers, couples, etc. The Mitsukoshi department store is literally across the street, as are many other shops and restaurants, again all within walking distance. The breakfast is a nice buffet. Not massive, but there is sufficient choice. Again with friendly and helpful staff. Our expectations of the room size were in line with reality: Besides the pushed-together beds there is limited space to put luggage down and the definition of a mini-fridge is as 'mini' as it can get: it barely fits two small water bottles. That's fridge is definitely room for improvement. The furnishing is dark, in the entire hotel. Good if you like that, so expect dark elevators, hallways and rooms. Just be prepared. As a family of four we enjoyed our stay and found great food, shopping and activities close by. Definitely worth the stay!

everything is not bad except the facilities inside the room is not very detailed and thoughtful, such as the towels r all hidden inside cabinet, and the hook for towels r right in front of the loo! the gym is horrible, probably one of the worst one with minimal equipments, the view for sauna is good but its tooooo small. the staffs r helpful the location is good.
