The hotel room is clean and the location is meant to be convenient; it is just a few mins walk from the subway exit
However, it was very unfortunate that the exit was closed on the next day after we arrived due to the Golden week holiday, and the distance to the hotel became very far.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. But considering paying almost US$130 a night for a self service hotel , it is pricey.
You need to get amenities ie paper cup, hot water, robes,....from the lobby and there wasn't any safe deposit box
Nor phone in the room.
The attitude of the staff is average.

The hotel is very close to the subway. Although the reservation does not include breakfast, there is actually breakfast, which is two choices every day. There are many restaurants around and it is also close to shopping. Except for the toilet that keeps leaking, everything else is OK and the room is quite big.

Overall it's good. It's not far from the subway station. There's a lot of food nearby. There's a store next to it that sells delicious chicken wings. There's a store with a good breakfast in the alley 2 to 3 minutes' walk away. There's also a drugstore nearby for shopping. Very convenient ~

The room is quite big, much bigger than most hotels in Tokyo. There is a large lounge area in the lobby, but you have to pay for the bar items. Breakfast is a simple box lunch with coffee or tea, and everything is fresh.
