Hotel Silk Tree Nagoya Reviews

I had a very pleasant stay at Silk Tree Hotel Nagoya. I was glad the hotel endeavors to make sure you have almost everything you need during your stay - facial cleanser, tonar, shampoo, tea and even snacks! You are encouraged to "shop" for anything you need for free! Although I do not order breakfast, the hotel still offers a coffee corner in the morning in the lobby. I appreciated the hotel's effort to take good care of different tiny parts of my stay. Also, the hotel is located in a very convenient location - right next to a convenience store and just a few minutes away from the main street, metro and supermarkets. The hotel is also surrounded by great restaurants. Although the room is not the most spacious, it is enough for a couple and definitely worth the money.

We booked this hotel coz the airport limo is just on the opposit side of the road so it's convenient to the airport. The hotel staff are rude with no welcome smile the reception would show they don't understand you if they don't want to help you. The bathroom is very small, so is the room. BF is not worth it, same every day and not even fresh. Will not come back!

The location is good due to its tranquility. I recommend exiting the subway station at Exit 10, as it is equipped with an elevator for convenience. The breakfast provided is of good quality. The hotel offers a variety of amenities for guests' comfort. Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lobby. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness. However, the bed is on the firmer side.

A nice place to stay, very close to the metro station and was literally next to a convenience store. The staff knew I couldn't speak Japanese and we're lovely about communicating with me in English, and tried their very best at all times!

close to airport limousine, lots if eatery around, close to underground, convenient to shopping, eating and go to elsewhere close by. buffet breakfast is so so, not much choice, but for 1200, it is acceptable.

center of everything airport bus on off in front of the hotel walking distance to mega don quijote and oasis 21 nagoya tower...superb like it and im gonna book here again when visiting nagoya, i posted a tiktok room tour of this hotel....

Book 3 rooms here and found the room size to be smaller than similar category hotels. Location and cleanliness makes up for it.

Very good location. Easy to get around. But the room is not cleaned everyday, only a stay over 7 nights can require that.

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, she gives us very detailed information and can communicate in fluent English. Overall we are satisfied to stay in this hotel.

We had a comfortable stay. It is value for money due to it great location, the hotel is situated between 2 metro stations (Fushimi & Sakae) and if you take the underground mall way which is opposite from the hotel if will just next take you a couple of minutes to reach Fushimi station (exit A) that lead you straight to the train platform. Breakfast was good. They also have a smoking room in the hotel. Last but not least, you can opt to take the airport limousine bus service opposite the hotel that bring you to the airport ($1500 yen - runs every 2 hours)

Very nice service, room is quite clean, location is good too.
