Surprisingly this hotel is more than my expectation, connection room is good, double bed has space enough & comfort, nice tower view, the breakfast did not have offer many choices but enough for the 1st meal in the morning. Transportation is very near from the metro station. Overall is clean and tidy hotel.

Tha hotel is ok, but a little bit far from main station. Hidayah Odori garden justru ini front of the hotel, it's easy to find food, the subway around 200 m

Very strategic location. About 5 mins walk from station and right across the hisayaodori park. Didnt manage to try the breakfast though as it ends pretty earlier at 930am. Public bath is available for guest.

The hotel was great, offering a complimentary drink during happy hour and free breakfast. However, during Golden Week, there were too many guests and I couldn't find a seat even when I went to the breakfast area at 6:30am. It would be helpful if the hotel could offer a takeaway option during busy times. Although I had requested a non-smoking room through Trip.com, I was given a smoking room, which was disappointing. Overall, the staff were professional and friendly, with good English proficiency. I would recommend this hotel to others in the future.

If you are bringing children, it is not recommended to stay here. It is far away from the lively places. The pillows are small and square. The customer service's English level is very poor and it is difficult to communicate. But they are still very polite.

Stayed for 3 nights and the room was nice. The service staff were friendly. There is a bathhouse and a steam room on the first floor. It was comfortable to spend a day outside and take a bath. This time, the Chubu Electric Power Company Tower can be seen outside the window of the room. There is a paid parking lot next to the self-driving hotel, which is convenient and the charges are reasonable. It is a little far away from Rong Shang District. Breakfast is relatively simple.

The room is OK, but not as new as the photos. Many details are dirty and filthy, and the hygiene is a bit disappointing. The hair dryer in the hot spring is full of dust. I couldn't stand it and wanted to blow dry my hair in the room, but the room was the same... There are many foreigners staying here. Two of the three people at the front desk at night are elderly people. The reception at the front desk is not polite at all. The hot spring feels only over 30 degrees, which is very different from the 40 degrees water temperature of the hot spring hotel I stayed in a few days ago. A nice hotel in the Fushimi, Sakae, and Hisaya Odori area where you can stay for around 5,000 to 7,000 yen on weekdays. It takes about 5 minutes from the station's 1A exit to the hotel. There were few people around because it was a weekday. If you look away, you'll pass by.
