Surprisingly this hotel is more than my expectation, connection room is good, double bed has space enough & comfort, nice tower view, the breakfast did not have offer many choices but enough for the 1st meal in the morning. Transportation is very near from the metro station. Overall is clean and tidy hotel.

Very strategic location. About 5 mins walk from station and right across the hisayaodori park. Didnt manage to try the breakfast though as it ends pretty earlier at 930am. Public bath is available for guest.

The hotel was great, offering a complimentary drink during happy hour and free breakfast. However, during Golden Week, there were too many guests and I couldn't find a seat even when I went to the breakfast area at 6:30am. It would be helpful if the hotel could offer a takeaway option during busy times. Although I had requested a non-smoking room through Trip.com, I was given a smoking room, which was disappointing. Overall, the staff were professional and friendly, with good English proficiency. I would recommend this hotel to others in the future.

Stayed for 3 nights and the room was nice. The service staff were friendly. There is a bathhouse and a steam room on the first floor. It was comfortable to spend a day outside and take a bath. This time, the Chubu Electric Power Company Tower can be seen outside the window of the room. There is a paid parking lot next to the self-driving hotel, which is convenient and the charges are reasonable. It is a little far away from Rong Shang District. Breakfast is relatively simple.

The room is OK, but not as new as the photos. Many details are dirty and filthy, and the hygiene is a bit disappointing. The hair dryer in the hot spring is full of dust. I couldn't stand it and wanted to blow dry my hair in the room, but the room was the same... There are many foreigners staying here. Two of the three people at the front desk at night are elderly people. The reception at the front desk is not polite at all. The hot spring feels only over 30 degrees, which is very different from the 40 degrees water temperature of the hot spring hotel I stayed in a few days ago. The location is OK, not too close to the nearest subway station, but not too far. In short, I am a little disappointed, but it is OK if you only consider the accommodation. By the way, there is no smoking room

The location is about 200 meters away from the subway station exit. The location is great! However, the overall cleanliness is not very good. The carpet in the room is also partially bunched up. It was new and very clean, so I was satisfied, but it was a little far from Sakae Station and inconvenient. It seems to be close to Hisaya Odori. It was clean and breakfast was included, which was nice. The venue was small when there were groups, but the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety.

It was close to the station, along a park, and the surrounding area was nice. I was grateful that there were irons and other items available for borrowing in front of the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable.

I was able to stay comfortably at this hotel with very friendly service! I would like to stay here again when I come to Nagoya.

Coming out of Hisaya-Odori Station, you can see Nagoya Tower nearby. The transportation location is good! The hotel is not big, but it seems comfortable to stay in

The breakfast buffet was very popular and it was hard to get a seat. I was able to get one right away because I was alone, but it seemed like families had a hard time finding a seat. It was disappointing that the menu didn't change much over the three days we stayed. There were a few types of side dishes, bread, rice, and curry.

This is my first time staying at this hotel in Nagoya. The front desk staff was very patient when checking in.
