Good location for local restaurant and dinning. Recommend travellers to stay.

The location is very convenient!

Close to the metro, Aeon just 1 minute walk from the hotel where you can find anything you need for your trip, super fair room rate, I definitely will stay here again next time.

Very convenient and clean. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, especially with the Tendon eatery and Aeon supermarket at our doorstep. They close late and was good to have that at our convenience.

I booked a room from 12/28/23 to 01/08/24. I came to Nagoya to visit my son who is a student at Nagoya Gakuin University. The Hotel was perfect for all my needs! I can’t praise the staff enough. My room was perfect! It was not a huge room but had everything I needed! It had a small refrigerator, a nice bathroom, a small area to hang any clothes, a good size tv and a comfortable bed! Housekeeping was very kind and made me feel very welcome! I have lived in several countries during my life but had never been to Japan. I came to Japan knowing no Japanese and was a bit nervous that I was on my own when I’d come back to my room and my son would retire to his dorm but the staff was very patient with me. I was slowly being taught some phrases from my son and when I needed to communicate further with the staff I used my translator app on my phone. At all times the staff were very kind and patient with me! I can’t praise them enough! I had everything I needed within a minutes walk from my hotel! A wonderful 3 level grocery/department store was around the corner from my hotel called Aeon. I was able to buy anything I needed from food, drinks, and clothing. There was even Dominos pizza around the other corner if you wanted that. Down the street in a different direction was a pharmacy and fast food like McDonald’s . Kanayama train station was right there in the middle of everything and I used this everyday!!!! If anyone is traveling to Nagoya I recommend staying here!! With the train station being located so close to the hotel you can be anywhere in no time. My son was in Hibino so I would take the subway everyday to meet up with him or vice versa! I was so proud of myself for being able after 1 day of being their to be able to get around on my own. I hope anyone that chooses to stay here has a wonderful experience just like me! A mom right at 60 years old out of her comfort zone from Alaska! Thank you Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Kanayama Annex to all the Staff and Housekeeping for a wonderful stay in Japan!

I don't really remember the room. But i remember the location was good. ^^.

Compared to Nagoya Station, Kinshan Station is really much simpler. As soon as you exit the station, there is aeon supermarket across the road, and behind it is the hotel. And the amenities are excellent, there is a buffet coffee in the lobby. The room is also smaller than the Meitetsu Hotel in front of Nagoya Station.

The hotel is very close to the subway. There is a large supermarket next to it that does not close at 22:00. There is also a restaurant next to the hotel that closes very late. It is very convenient and you don’t have to worry about eating. The first floor of the hotel provides toiletries, makeup remover, facial cleanser, basic lotion, lotion, etc. for easy use. There is also free coffee (with time periods). The stay is very comfortable and I will choose to stay again if I have the chance!
