Due to weather, the Shinkansen was delayed and I had to book a hotel at short notice, so I booked this hotel because it was cheap. Even though it was cheap, there was blood on the bed sheets, pillowcases, desk, and various other places, which made me feel very uncomfortable. (See photo) I wonder how the cleaning is done if there is blood on them? It was scary. After checking the room, I tried to inquire at the front desk, but of course there was no phone call, and there was no one there when I went directly. The shutters were closed after 11pm, so I ended up not being able to change and just sat there without sleeping. I'm sure not all rooms are like this, but I regret that I should have paid a little more and stayed somewhere else.

I seldom leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience here. The hostel is quite old and not well-maintained—likely the dirtiest I’ve encountered in Japan (and I’ve stayed in many). I found a clump of hair right in the middle of my room, which was quite off-putting—regretfully, I didn’t take a picture. The entire hostel could benefit from renovation.
The shared bathrooms didn’t feel clean enough to be comfortable. Additionally, please note that check-out is at 9 AM, and the staff might rush you out. While I was preparing to leave and sitting in my room checking Google Maps, someone tried to open my door. When I opened it, the cleaning staff said, "Check-out!" I checked the time—it was 8:55 AM.
If I hadn’t been so busy during my business trip, I would have looked for alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
On the positive side, the location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station. They provide towels, disposable slippers, and toothbrush/toothpaste sets. The price is quite affordable for this area, but unfortunately, cleanliness and customer-friendly service don’t seem to be part of the deal.

The type is very similar to a youth hostel. The bathroom and toilet are shared and very clean. The room can be locked and has its own space.
I stayed on the ninth floor this time. The ninth floor is a women's floor. The toilets and showers are only for women. I felt very safe.
You have to walk up 3 or 4 stairs to get to the elevator. If you are carrying large luggage, you can evaluate it.
There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave and a water dispenser
The room is old but comfortable to live in
The smoking area is at the entrance of the stairs. People who care can also evaluate it.

In general, everything is good, clean, everything is there. Of the minuses, the shower is on the -1 floor, and we lived on the 6th. For men, a large common shower and 2 separate (for men and women) individual closed. Nearby there is a delicious cafe, ramen, right on the corner of the hotel. The price on the website is 1,500 rubles more expensive than in the hotel directly.
