The location of the Nishi Tetsu Cruum Hotel is fantastic, right next to the Sakae Station on the subway! (Just a 1-minute walk) The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's even free Wi-Fi! The hotel also has a large public bath, which is great for soaking and relieving travel fatigue. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, so you'll leave feeling very satisfied! The staff is also very friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Nagoya!

Housekeeping service is not provided on every 2nd day new towels and 2 bottles of water would be placed, which is good enough for my needs

Located near Nagoya Tv tower and connected to Central Park underground mall and subway station. Many restaurants and shops but they closes early at night around 8lpm. Onsen bath at the 14th floor was small and simple it is at the quiet side of the street and there’s is 7/11 just beside the hotel

The location is excellent. Modern and very clean. We have to touch card at the elevator board to go up to our room. The hotel have car parking slot spare for handicapped also. The lobby is minimal.

This hotel has good location and very close to MRT, advantage: close to exit with elevator.
The breakfast is very delicious too. Very recommend.
