Overall 💯experience! There’s a front desk person that speaks fluent English so no worries when you can’t speak Japanese. You can leave your luggages before 9~10AM for free before you check-in at 3PM. You can also leave after checkout but there’s additional fee (¥300 if not mistaken). That’s way cheaper than the coin lockers! Got the female capsule room at the far back so the temperature’s not really cold ‘cause the aircooler fan is located by the entrance. Good thing I’m not a fan of cold weather/temperature, so I can still sleep better. Toilets, Shower room are clean but depends on your roommates’ use~ Luggage storage near the room is just OK, was lucky there’s still a lot of space when I used it, but there’s also another storage in the lobby that I believe everyone can still use. Towels, loungewears, comb, etc. has separate fees and there’s no free slippers. Btw, from lobby elevator up to the rooms, wearing shoes are not allowed so you might want to bring one. Nevertheless, it’s a budget friendly capsule hotel so that’s acceptable!

The check-in desk was well staffed when I arrived & my lack of Japanese & decent IT skills wasn’t an issue. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the only thing I didn’t love about the design of the dormitory was the steps to the upper bunks - they prevented wheeled bags being pushed easily past them (for unpacking & repacking). In other capsule hotels, the steps are built in to the front of the capsules, the don’t lean against them and take up floor space. On departure day (10 am check-out), I checked out at around 9.40 and made myself a Noodle Pot to eat at one of the tables opposite the desk, before leaving for an 11.06 Shinkansen. Nobody questioned this but all of the Japanese-speaking guests who checked out after me appeared to be told that they couldn’t stay, even for a coffee - they had to go and stand outside.

It is a busy hostel with cubicle bed and very small if you are claustrophobic. The venue is near to train station. Only set back is there is no space to put your luggage beside your bed. You need to put your luggage outside the room and it makes taking stuff difficult. There are washing machines and towels for rental. important to remember to remember your passcode to access the room. For the ladies, there is the make up area, toilet, basin, and separate shower rooms.

Very convenient for a solo traveler and its cheap. No need to book those luxury hotel since you will be spending most of the time exploring the city, and then just come home to sleep. Its safe place and very near to subway stations,convenience stores and restaurants. And the hotel has coin laundry washer and dryer every floor area,no hassle looking for laundry shops. I will come back for sure.

Stayed for the first time in a mixed dorm and surprisingly it’s all good! Just the capsule is a bit too short when I am only 157cm and I found it a bit hard to find good posture to sleep. But i did sleep soundly that night lol.

The Starbucks joint at gateway 15 f was terrific. The location is great. Thanks for having me.

Not far from Nagoya station. Stayed at a 20 beds ladies dorm with 3 shared showers and 2 toilets . After check-in,no baggage storage is free, need to pay 300. But before check-in is free. The engine inside the room was always very noisy the whole night, wonder if it was for the air circulation. No skincare products for the face are available for use.

The living area is clean, while the common area and washroom is not enough. Recommended for a short trip but maybe not enough for staying for days.

From 10:00 to 15:00 there isn't anyone at the reception (officially), so if you arrive in that time and want to deposit your luggage, you have a problem. Leaving luggage after checkout will cost you ¥300 but that's a fair price compared to lockers at the train station. The location of the place is great and everything else is fine. At night you might need earplugs because many people snore

The hostel is conveniently located near many stores. This makes it easy to access everything you need, from shopping and dining to entertainment and services. The proximity to various amenities adds to the overall convenience and appeal of staying here.

I wish i could have more days to stay at this place. Its so comfortable and the staff is very helpful.

There is too much additional charges, ie no first time check in towel, they require guests not to wear own shoes, but provide no slippers. Found trash on bed

The hostel is close to Nagoya station, so it’s very convenient for travelling. It’d be nice to stay for a night, two at maximum. The room needs more ventilation. And it’s a bit lacking of space even for a hostel. The staff seems like they need a vacation.

The service is nice ,the accommodation as well . No trouble in the hotel
