The staff at the counter are very welcoming and will greet you in Japanese when you come back.
It feels like going home
Public spaces are comfortable
You have to make your own bed and the pillows are soft
I sleep on the second floor near the shower and the soundproofing is quite poor. I can hear the sound of the hair dryer and water.
The electronic lock in the room is also very noisy🤣

Very nice female staff!! Very quiet and comfortable! Thanks so much for arranging very good bed for me!! If provide soap in toilet will be perfect!
My first time in Nagoya but the bed is softer than the hotels!! Impressive!! When checked out, i put a can of energy drink for the female staff!! Hope you can enjoy it and be energetic everyday!!
