It’s been a great experience staying in this hotel. We are a family of 4 (couple with 2 small kids age 5 & 7) and we stayed in the twin room which has 2 semi-double beds. The size of the beds put together is just right for us. Room size is good with a small seating area with table and 2 chairs and we could still open 2 big luggages and have space to move around. We especially love the complimentary breakfast and close proximity to Nagoya station. The staff are all very polite and greet us warmly everytime we go to the lobby or come back from outside. Make us feel like home away from home. Would highly recommend this hotel and definitely come back again the next time we are in Nagoya.

A little far from Nagoya Station, free breakfast is great and offer all day drink of coffee, service staff great and kindly help, if they can provide drink water in room will be great

Location is convenient, 7 mins walk from Nagoya JR station and with 2 Lawson nearby. Helpful and friendly staff. Free beverages at cafe for hotel guests at all times. Breakfast spread is simple and delicious, with fruit smoothies 😋. Room is cozy and comfortable. The pillow is quite low but no issues as additional pillows will be provided upon request. Pleasant stay here 👍

Very convenient location with only few minutes walk from Nagoya station. Rooms are tidies and well equipped, staff are helpful.

Nice hotel, clean, convenient location and nice service

1. The front desk staff was quick in the check-in process but did not explain anything. The free welcome drunk and free breakfast was not explained etc. She just gave us the card key and that was it. 2. The hotel itself is relatively clean, neat and compact. Although there were a few hairs in the bath tub, it’s clean and not smelly at all. 3. There is a free to use charging cord at every room but they are not working. 4. Good location for a short stay in Nagoya

The room is not big but very clean. Everything that should be there is neatly equipped in this small space. The service attitude of the hotel front desk is good, but there is no one who can communicate in English, which is a bit tiring. The rest and reading area on the first floor makes up for the small flaws of the room. Drinking water, coffee and ice cubes are also provided. The self-service washing and drying machine is very popular and the price is reasonable. When you come out of Nagoya Station and Taiko-dori Exit, cross the road on the right and you will see BICcamera. Walk forward and there is a Lawson at the intersection. Cross the road again and walk to the third small intersection on the left. There is a Lawson and a Matsuya outside the hotel. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the quality is good. The stall closes on time. Don't be late. There is no shower room in the hotel, so you can only stand in the bathtub to wash. The beds in the twin room can be put together, which is enough for two adults and one child to sleep.

About 10 minutes from Nagoya Station. It's close to walk to Takashimaya. The room is so big that you can open 2 suitcases and there is room for children to walk. There are many restaurants within 5 minutes walk.
