9h Nine Hours Nagoya Station Reviews

Second time at the same chain 9h capsule hotel. The toilets are not that clean particularly the toilet bowls even though it was right after the 10am-2pm cleaning period. This chain of hotels don’t have hot water or any water provided, there’s also lesser sinks, restrooms and shower rooms per guest compared to the previous chain I stayed in (they rent out shower facilities to people not staying in the hotel so it’s not really enough). Plus point for this hotel would be that there’s a great coffee shop downstairs, a chair at the storage level 3 and more spacious bathrooms and walkways. Lounge at the top floor level 10 was really small though. In room slippers, pajamas, towels, toothbrush are provided daily. Finally, the door to the room is really heavy so sometimes people don’t close it properly so there’s a lot of noise, the sheets were not placed properly so it comes off easily, didn’t really feel the heater in the room so it was cold at night.

The location is far from Nagoya train station. The hostel is hidden in the alley. The sign of the hostel is very small. Easy to miss or simply pass by. Room is good, bunk-bed is comfortable. Very clean and well equipped. The only thing I don't like is the half moon shape pillow is too too hard. Two nights on the row, made my neck stiff and painful.

I have stayed at 9h Tokyo Ningyocho before and had a great experience, so I decided to stay again at the Nagoya branch. The facilities and services are amazing as always, but the floor layouts are a bit different. It took some time to get used to, but overall very good!

Overall experience was good. Nothing complicated occured.

The hotel is close to the train station. It is clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and the instructions are clear.

This accommodation has many shortcomings. You cannot carry suitcases into the room. There is one elevator for men and one elevator for women. In the case of the women's elevator, it takes several minutes to wait in the morning or evening. Suitcases must be stored in lockers, so if you need something, you must go to the floor where the suitcase is located. There is no separate washing machine, so you have to go to a nearby laundromat. There is also no refrigerator. Nevertheless, this accommodation was really good. (Cleanliness👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻) Because of this, I thought I could visit this accommodation again. The bunker was really clean and free of dust, and even guests who stayed multiple nights returned the bags provided by the hostel the next morning. And when I come back after going out, they put new towels, slippers, and toiletries in my bag back in the bunker where I sleep. This was uncomfortable on the first day, but I started liking it the next day. It's also really nice that each floor has trash cans for recycling, and the restrooms and shower rooms are also neat and clean. When I went to the top floor, it was always mostly men in the evening. And maybe because it wasn't that spacious, I couldn't see any women. I also like to be in public spaces, so I went to rest, but since there were only men there, I went back to the bunker. There are a few shortcomings, but the cleanliness and orderliness were good enough to make up for them all. (+There is no iron, so it is better to hang clothes that are likely to get wrinkled on the hanger in the locker as soon as you leave.)

This is my first time traveling in Japan, and I stayed at the Nine Hours Capsule Hotel on the first night. I think this capsule hotel is very clean, and the front desk will be very considerate to prepare all the toiletries for you, even pajamas.

A very professional capsule hotel, very clean, completely separated between men and women, safe and secure The sleeping cabin is quite spacious, larger than a train sleeper, and there is a charging port at the bedside. One night transition is no problem and the price is great I ran out of paper towels when I was washing up in the morning, so I urgently went to the bathroom and pulled out a long piece of 2333

The Japanese capsule culture is worth experiencing. It doesn't feel crowded, and the facilities are complete. It's very close to Nagoya Station. You can experience it once. Because there are many people living in the capsule, some people snore, and the front desk provides earplugs.

The location is near the subway. The front desk guys and girls are very enthusiastic. You can check in smoothly even if you don't speak Japanese or English. There are new towels, new pajamas and toothbrushes every day. It's very clean. The price below 200 is very good.

There were a few guests who had bad manners and the soundproofing in the capsule was disappointing. Still, I had a great stay! If the sink or shower room is crowded, you may have to wait a bit.
