Nice location with high standard of Sotetsu brand !! Clean, nice staff, many amenities, self check-in & out is so comfortable. I reserved this room type with king bed size with more space than general. Please be aware thar almost hotel in JP is very tiny. So, This room size is over my expectation. Always choose the hotel of Sotetsu brand !!!!

Clean and nice. They even give moisturising milk and nano mask.

Clean and comfortable stay. Room was a bit small but can’t complain at all for the price I paid. Make sure you check your hotel address as there are two Sotetsu Fresa Inns near Nagoya Station.

We visited in a family of five, booked a connecting room and a superior double room, they managed to give us three rooms in a row which was super convenient for us. Staffs were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We also managed to store our luggage before and after checking in and out. Hotel rooms were clean, a little bit small as difficult to fully open a large suitcase but still manageable. Location was really convenient, opposite to Mitsui Hotel, very close to Nagoya station which was a hub for shopping, food and transport. Amenities were provided at lobby and free to take. Would highly recommend and revisit in future.

Room was comfortable but big luggages will take the whole walking space. Overall, great location as many food choices just downstairs with familymart and 7-11 on both sides.

Enjoyed our stay in Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hotel. Room space slightly narrow, can only open 1 medium luggage at 1 time. Toilet space was ok. Check in & out was quick n simple via the machine. Take us like 5-8mins walk from Nagoya Station to Fresa Inn. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is close to the trains and subways. Sotetsu rooms are rather small for couple with 2 big luggages. If u knly have 1 luggage its fine.

Location is good. It is quite near Nagoya station. It is convenience for shopping and dining. Accommodation cost is reasonable. If come again Nagoya, I will stay again

Walking distance to nagaya train station, family mart just beside the hotel. Room was clean they provided almost everything you needed. Room was a bit small. Overall is good.
