Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier Reviews

The Hotel is located at a very accessible area. We could find it very good for shopping and dining for many shops and restaurants around there. All guest rooms were above 18th floor, so city view was broad enough. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Only one shortfall was their spa. It was small and not spring water. No towels were provided at the spa too that was totally out of our plan, we had no choice but used the tissue to make our body dry.

Convenient location with max 10-minute access to the JR or metro station or the bus center. Convenience stores and drug stores nearby. Great concierge service to help arrange my room upgrade. The restaurant on the lobby floor is also excellent (appreciate that they do have translations for their dinner dishes). Yet, guests may have to wait for a little while for breakfast. The two downsides are that there are only two washing machines (1 eventually broke down on my first day) and there is no online tracking or update of the usage (so guests would have to guess and calculate when to use the service). And the breakfast selection is a bit dull since I guess they are all the same every day.

We stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier from May 17th to May 20th, 2024, in a moderate double room, and had a wonderful experience. Location and Accessibility: Perfectly located in central Nagoya, the hotel offers easy access to attractions and public transport. Room: The moderate double room was stylish, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However the aircon in the room was not cold, the hotel had to provide us a portable fan and we have to open the window slightly to let the cool air in. I would have rated the facilities to be 5 stars if the aircon is cool enough. Service and Facilities: The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel amenities, including Wi-Fi were excellent. We didn't try the public bath though, it was very crowded. Overall Impression: Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier provided a fantastic stay with its great service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

Clean and spacious room with nice spa facility. Excellent staff service. Baggage storage service is good. Outstanding buffet breakfast.

Close to JR Nagoya/Meitetsu stations. Hotel has a public hot bath which is very useful after a day of sight seeing. Breakfast is adequate though would have preferred more variety.

Location is convenient and room is pretty clean. Public bath is very busy. Room view is a bit weird, facing a large podium. Staff forgot to place shampoo and body soap in the room on the first day of our stay…..

Very good location to reach downtown area and convenient to find restaurants

Good location, close to railway station and bus terminal. But it was a little bit difficult to find the gate go in. Good service, nice n passionate. I love the room so much! It was clean n cozy with stunning city view! N lovely bathtub ❤️

Lovely hotel, very conveniently located walking distance from Nagoya station. Lots of great restaurants around too. Room is a reasonable enough size for Japan, with good amenities.

Good room service. Room makeup is clean and tidy. Restaurant provided fresh and good food quality with different varieties. Good view at restaurant during breakfast. Spa environment can always be kept clean and good hygiene. Some suggestions: usually full during breakfast time. Need to wait over 20 minutes. We came across 2 times during our stay in the hotel. We arrived at the restaurant before 9am, but need to wait to enter the restaurant at around 9:25am. However, food will stop to refill at 9:45am. Not much choices or food left behind for customers. Hotel should better improve such occasion by extending the breakfast time to entertain if too much customers. Next, the air purifier inside room was found with error to the filter light alarm, but room service did not fix it during our six days' stay in the hotel. However, the hotel worth to have full marks on average. Will recommend Hotel to our friends.

Super convenient location! Seven-Eleven and Mister Donut right opposite to the hotel. Can go totally underground from Nagoya JR Station/ Meitetsu Nagoya Station, and the underground access is also full of interesting shops and restaurants! Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Would definitely visit again!!!!

Convenient location with just 5 mins walk from Nagoya station. The room is cosy and clean. Love the spa, especially after long hours of travelling and walking around town.

Very good hotel with clean and tidy room. The view is fantastic! But the WiFi connection need to improve.
