Good location, staff are friendly and helphful

Location is excellent. I enjoyed the public spa located on 18/F.

Room with great view, posh style. Need to change elevator tho to reach the underground street.

Clean hotel with great view of the city. Room was very small but had everything I needed. Staff could have been more friendly to non-Japanese guests.

The Hotel is located at a very accessible area. We could find it very good for shopping and dining for many shops and restaurants around there. All guest rooms were above 18th floor, so city view was broad enough. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Only one shortfall was their spa. It was small and not spring water. No towels were provided at the spa too that was totally out of our plan, we had no choice but used the tissue to make our body dry.

Convenient location with max 10-minute access to the JR or metro station or the bus center. Convenience stores and drug stores nearby. Great concierge service to help arrange my room upgrade. The restaurant on the lobby floor is also excellent (appreciate that they do have translations for their dinner dishes). Yet, guests may have to wait for a little while for breakfast. The two downsides are that there are only two washing machines (1 eventually broke down on my first day) and there is no online tracking or update of the usage (so guests would have to guess and calculate when to use the service). And the breakfast selection is a bit dull since I guess they are all the same every day.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to JR subway and bus terminal. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Room was clean and reasonably spacious. Breakfast was very good.

The location is very convenient and opposite is nagoya station , many shopping centers and eateries near by also

It was easy to get to the hotel from Nagoya station. It’s about a 5 min walk from meitetsu mall and 8 mins walk from takayshimaya. There’s also an underground passage way that leads to Nagoya station via midland square. The public bath was a bonus find. Amenities are available at the lobby so it’s pretty much tourist friendly.

We stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier from May 17th to May 20th, 2024, in a moderate double room, and had a wonderful experience. Location and Accessibility: Perfectly located in central Nagoya, the hotel offers easy access to attractions and public transport. Room: The moderate double room was stylish, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However the aircon in the room was not cold, the hotel had to provide us a portable fan and we have to open the window slightly to let the cool air in. I would have rated the facilities to be 5 stars if the aircon is cool enough. Service and Facilities: The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel amenities, including Wi-Fi were excellent. We didn't try the public bath though, it was very crowded. Overall Impression: Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier provided a fantastic stay with its great service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

Stayed here for 2 nights in Nov 2024. A little difficulty finding this hotel from the Nagoya station. Google map not very helpful. Need to take lift up to lobby. There is a little public tub, kind of weird. Not an onsen, just a tub with hot water. Room is clean, standard small size in Japanese hotel. Comfortable room with good water pressure. Collect toiletries at lobby if you need. Front desk staff is very polite & helpful. Will keep your luggage before 3pm check-in time. Best of all, it is next to Komeda coffee, must try when in Nagoya.

Clean and spacious room with nice spa facility. Excellent staff service. Baggage storage service is good. Outstanding buffet breakfast.

Close to JR Nagoya/Meitetsu stations. Hotel has a public hot bath which is very useful after a day of sight seeing. Breakfast is adequate though would have preferred more variety.

Location is convenient and room is pretty clean. Public bath is very busy. Room view is a bit weird, facing a large podium. Staff forgot to place shampoo and body soap in the room on the first day of our stay…..
