Great scenery, attentive front desk service, but the room is a bit small. If I travel to Nagoya again, I will still choose this place.(Especially the beautiful lady on duty on the 28th night, who patiently helped me find a bar to watch the Euro Cup )

Clean, including the hot bath at level 8. Good breakfast and 2min walk to nearest metro station.(basement level) 8-10mins walk to Nagoya station

Mini room size but good location and prices. All the staffs very nice and polite. The free public hot spa located at the part of lobby area but privacy is good enough, it’s made me very relaxed. Free ice pops just outside the hot spa, after the hot spa nothing better than!

This hotel is in great location where is walkable from Nagoya station to the hotel without going to outside the station and there are a lot of tasty restaurants in the Unimall and we are really like SPA and amenities which are so good.

Super Location In rainy days, from Subway Station directly to hotel, you don’t need go upstairs, hotel built in a specific entrance for their guests! Although the bedroom as tiny small but the viewing is extremely well in higher floors! Tiny bedroom spotless toilets and shower room! Overall I would 83 points out of hundreds The price isn’t cheap if compared to the other Nagoya hotels Happy Delighted stay there !

The hotel transportation spot is convenient and easy to travel around.

room is a bit small. However location wise is ok.... not ideal, as you need 5 min walking to the central place.... surround is quite and serve us well.

We used google maps which brought us to the back of the hotel which then directed us to the front entrance. We were not the only ones as the next day we met a few who were also looking for the hotel and we showed them the way. The room was clean and beds super comfortable. The receiptionists were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our baggage there after we checked out.

About 10 minutes from the station, about pushing luggage a bit far, but acceptable. There is a 711 nearby, with Unimall direct access to the station, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is a bit small, if 2 the suitcase has no room to open, luggage is quite difficult!

Nagoya Station Unimall underground mall U14 exit, walk down the slope for a few steps and you will see a special entrance to the hotel, which is very convenient.
