Close to Nagoya station. Plenty of convenient stores and restaurants in the area. The 1/F provided an open area where we could bring our food and enjoy our dinner. Nice free breakfast. We liked the pancakes which was available in early morning. It was a comfortable twin bedroom. We enjoyed a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel and good location which nearby JR station with 10 mins by walk. Many good restaurants for eat around hotel. Also big shopping malls which very good for shopping. Hotel Staff also very nice and helpful. Breakfast simple but good. Happy stay!

I forgot to take photos of this hotel, mainly because I walked from the Meitetsu Bus Center at around 10 pm on the first day. It took almost half an hour to walk there, and the navigation took a long time to find it. It was almost 12 o'clock when I checked in. I had no time to take photos of the room. I went to the JR station the next day and searched for another half an hour. So if you consider staying at this hotel, I strongly recommend taking the bus to Yanagibashi West Station, which is only two or three minutes away. It's too troublesome to walk from the Meitetsu Station with a suitcase (at least the navigation keeps spinning and keeps pointing in the wrong direction) The location of the hotel is actually very good. There are many restaurants near Yanagibashi West Bus Station at night, all of which are local young people eating. I saw many Japanese young people here, eating skewers and drinking in groups of three or two, full of vitality. So no matter how late it is, you don't have to worry about having nothing to eat here. It's very convenient and the price is very cheap. Going to the Osu commercial district or Mitsukoshi Department Store is also a few bus stops away, which is very convenient. The room is quite satisfactory, with 24-hour tea and good service. We booked a double bed room at first, but found that the bed was 1.4 meters, which was too small, so we changed it to a twin bed. The customer service was very enthusiastic and quickly helped us to change the room. Overall, it is cost-effective and worth choosing.

The hotel is about ten minutes' walk from Meitetsu Nagoya Station, which is also very convenient. The best thing is that breakfast is included, which is very good, and there is free coffee and drinks. I have recommended it to many people and will choose the same brand next time. The room is bright and clean, the bed is soft and comfortable, the breakfast is healthy and delicious, there is free coffee, and the lounge is comfortable. The hotel is located near the Yingtongkou downtown area, which is very convenient. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel with high CP value when visiting Nagoya.

We set out from Takayama in the morning and arrived at the hotel at 12:30 noon. As we could not check in at that time, we only checked in our luggage at the front desk. Everything was normal until 11pm. As a result, when we checked in at 11pm, we were told that the hotel system only saw one room and there were no rooms for us. I was completely confused. I had received the reservation information pushed by Ctrip for the three rooms. I asked in poor Japanese, but they answered me in English 😂. Fortunately, my friend is good at English. After a conversation, they told me that there was only one room. The front desk just left us alone and did not deal with it. We could only save ourselves. Fortunately, Ctrip's online customer service helped us communicate with the hotel in time that night, because Ctrip could find our reservation information for three non-smoking rooms. After repeated calls and online communications for nearly an hour, the front desk still said that there was only one room. After about half an hour, they told us that we could not book three rooms with one name (the hotel reservation in Takayama also reported my reservation name, why didn't the hotel front desk tell me), so the system could not find it. I was also drunk. This was the first time I heard such a weird statement, and the service was not good at all. There was no awareness at all, and we were asked to communicate with Ctrip ourselves throughout the whole process; the room was arranged but it was not on the same floor, and if we wanted to move together, we had to check out tomorrow, and we would be informed whether we could be adjusted to the same floor at 15:00 in the afternoon; we said we didn't want to go out the next morning and drag our luggage to the lobby and then return it to the room, and whether we could move back to coordinate the room after playing, but there was no room for negotiation. We discussed the room matters with Ctrip customer service at the front desk, and finally had no choice but to accept the current situation ~ We waited for Ctrip's information at around 10 am the next day, which delayed us until 1:30 in the morning in Japan, and one of the rooms had an obvious smell of smoke; this was the first time I encountered such a bad thing in many visits to Japan, especially the front desk girl who checked me in that day 🤢; the next day, I went to have breakfast with my friends, but I was lazy and didn't change my shoes. I went to the restaurant to eat in slippers and was told that indoor slippers were not allowed to eat. This was my fault for not following the hotel regulations. What was annoying was that the girl who checked us in last night hadn't gotten off work yet. When she saw me like this, she immediately turned around and whispered with my colleagues. Her contemptuous smile was particularly annoying. I took 2 photos before the elevator closed when I went back to the room to change my shoes.
