Good stay

The Route Inn is a reliable hotel, but the customer service at this Route Inn was especially good! They kindly allowed me to check in early, and they also responded clearly to my request to extend my check-out time, so I had a pleasant stay. The cleaning staff also called out to me from afar when I was leaving, and were very nice! I would like to stay here again if I go to the Vantelin Dome again.

Drinks and newspapers are available on the first floor, and it's a bright hotel. Breakfast is included, so the price is satisfactory ^ ^

The room is average in size, but cheap, and the breakfast buffet is delicious

I was grateful that they quickly accommodated my sudden extension. I was also grateful for the breakfast service, but it was so crowded that there were no chopsticks or plates, so I gave up on dessert.

I chose this hotel because of its location. I didn't have any particular expectations, but there were no problems.

The location and service were very good. The electrical system was a little old, the refrigerator and the vent fan were loud, so I turned them off and went to sleep, but I couldn't turn off the air conditioner even though it bothered me.

Since breakfast is not available, this was very helpful! However, I was a little disappointed that there was a lot of dust on the sink... However, it is easily accessible by taxi from Nagoya Dome, so I will use it again next time I have a Dome tour.

I had a very comfortable stay. The large communal bath was great.

This is my first time staying here. My first impression was that everything was poorly maintained. ① The wallpaper and wooden walls in the elevator hall were scratched and left as they were, with no intention of repairing them. ② I couldn't connect to the WIFI, so I called the front desk and they said they would deal with it, but they never contacted me to say it was back up. In the end, I couldn't connect to the WIFI for two nights in a row. ③ I asked for an invoice when I checked out, but it took too long. Maybe they don't usually give one? I think it's natural for a hotel to issue an invoice if asked.
