Nagoya Kanayama Hotel Reviews

Very near Kanayama station & easy to find. Just head towards North exit/entrance of station (you’ll see Tully’s coffee) & you can see the big signage on top of hotel clearly. McDonald’s & Family Mart right below hotel & Lawson next to hotel. Impressive spread of toilettries including sachets of makeup remover, face wash, lotion & moisturiser, show caps, hairband, thermal eye mask, toothbrush, shaver, comb, etc. Provide bottled water in addition to kettle. There’s also a mini fridge. Plenty of eateries & pharmacy around the hotel, including a small supermarket across the hotel. Buffet breakfast is decent too. Overall very comfortable stay.

Hotel is in a perfect location. Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. Room was small but had everything I needed. Highly recommend!

Hotel location is excellent being very close to the train station and with lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms are somewhat small but comfortable. Breakfast is pretty good. A check out time of 10:00am is a little early though. That being said, I would definitely stay again.

It was close to the station and the large public bath was great. It would be even better if you could bathe a little later at night. I'd like to use it again.

This time, a family of 4 stayed at the Jinshan Hotel. The location is very convenient. There are many picnics and meals downstairs. However, the room is small and the breakfast is relatively small. If you want to stay for one night, it is ok.

The room is cute. Soft bed, comfortable sleep Located close to the BTS station, convenient travel. Recommended for people who come to work and don't spend a lot of time at the hotel.

The location is good, there are two convenience stores downstairs, the room is small, but it has everything you need, which is enough for people who don't stay in the hotel. There is also a female-only bath, I will try it next time I come.

The rooms are always clean and you can take off your shoes before entering. The public bath is also on a different floor where you won't meet men, so it's helpful that you can go there without any hesitation. Although the noise from next door and above is a bit bothersome, it is a good enough hotel to stay alone.

I stayed here for two nights for work at the international conference center. It's convenient because it's near Kanayama Station. However, the air conditioning in the room on the first night didn't work at all, and it was 5 degrees hotter than the hallway, so I couldn't sleep that night, and I had to change rooms the next day. Overall, it's a stylish hotel, but the TV remote control in the room I was changed to had dead batteries, the water supply in the large bath was broken so the shower had weak water pressure, some rooms had windows that opened and others didn't, and there was peeling wallpaper here and there, so I noticed some errors in the facilities overall. I stayed there for multiple nights, but the breakfast was almost the same except that the pork saute was changed to chicken saute, and I would have liked it if it had a bit more of a Nagoya feel.

The environment is good.

The location was very convenient as it was very close to JR Kanayama Station and there was a McDonald's and a convenience store on the 1st floor. Even though it was close to the station, it was quiet at night. They were very kind when I left my luggage before check-in. There was a very clean shower booth in the room, but there was also a large public bath, so I used that. Men are not allowed to enter the women's public bath (a special card is required), so you can feel safe. There are various amenities such as hot eye masks and facial packs, and in the room you can boil water from a plastic bottle in a pot and drink rooibos tea, green tea, and cafe au lait. This time at Vantelin Dome Nagoya. I used it after a live performance, and it was a great way to soothe my tired body, and I would definitely use it again next time!

It was a beautiful and nice response. There is also a large public bath to relieve your fatigue. The public baths have perfect security, which is great for women, and you cannot enter the women's public baths without your card key and another card.

All aspects are OK

I chose this place because I needed to be near the station! It was very beautiful and comfortable! There is a McDonald's and a convenience store downstairs, so it's convenient! I thought it was very safe and nice because the public bath is separated into the men's floor (2nd floor) and the women's floor (3rd floor), and you need a room key to enter the public bath and the building at night. If I had to say, I would like to know where the chopsticks and towels are placed at eye level on the terrace at the breakfast area.
