I accidentally booked The Royal Park Hotel Nagoya, what a surprise! The hotel is in an excellent location, and the front desk service we encountered was polite and thoughtful. When we booked the room, there was only a smoking floor, but after arriving at the front desk, we were successfully arranged to a non-smoking floor as requested.
