The place is so very convenient, they near to mirai tower, donki etc..

Surprisingly large room for that price in a hotel in Japan. I am surprised that there are even foreigners working there as a receptionist who served me!

The location is excellent and staff are accommodating. The only down side is the room carpet which is dirty and old.

Good stay here, it’s a beautiful hotel and is well placed, lots to do in the area. Rooms are comfortable, I would gladly stay here again.

Cozy hotel close the Central Park and Sakae station which makes is convenient to travel. Also surrounded by countless restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Shopping area is just in 5 minutes walking distance.
Very kind staff, clean place with room cleaning opportunities.

I went during Summer and it was 35 degrees Celsius one day and the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. It had already been rather weak for the first two nights. It was so unbearable and completely ruined my sleep and when I checked out and told the receptionist she just merely said sorry and moved on the someone else. I heard other people complaining about the same thing too. The location is prime, close to many shops but the hotel itself need some renovation.

The service is satisfactory; the environment is neat and clean; the location is convenient, etc. However, it's a pity that there are only a few tv channels available. But anyways, I would definitely like to revisit the hotel again.

The location of the # Koko hotel is very good, close to JR Sakae Station, 5 minutes walk to the crossroad where there are many restaurants, famous shops, and Osucho Street. Don’t need to worry about going back to the hotel after going to the street for a day and getting bored👍🏻

The staff is friendly. They could borrow a fan to us as the room do not have air conditioning. The location is proximity to oasis 21, good. The bed is quite small.

The hotel looks old, does not look like newly opened in 2022, but the location is good though.
