Good location, plenty of restaurants and shopping areas nearby, comfortable and neat room

The hotel room is very clean . The bathroom is a bit small but it's ok because it is very clean also. The staff are accommodating. They offer free donuts and coffee at the lobby. Nearby there are lots of convenience stores, restaurants and shopping stores . Breakfasts is EXCELLENT. . i will surely book again when i come back to nagoya. The room rates are cheap and affordable.

Good is good is good

The room is good enough for a solo traveler like me however, i found a couple strand of hair at my towel and on my bathtub. The location is good as it is near to a subway station, the food is also great. The downside only was the hair. I couldn't take a picture at that time but I wish I did.

If you need to work online, this is not the place for you. The internet keeps losing connection. There was about a 20-minute gap between my first call to the front desk and my second call. (And on my second call, they only answered after I called three times.) During this time, the internet would come back briefly and then disappear again. Every time I called the front desk, they lied, telling me, "We just reset the modem, check again in 5 minutes." This is the worst.

Decent location, 5-10min walk from nearest subway, but still in the middle of Nagoya in general. Lawson is just downstairs, very convenient. There’s also some shops nearby if needed. Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Would recommend.

Convenient location, not far from Subway and Bus Terminal., Lawson located at the 1st floor., recommend

Centrally located to shopping and restaurants. Room is bit small but comprehensive with fridge etc. bed is ok. Overall for price, it is ok. Free donuts and coffee in the day.! Restaurant ok below nice tofu lunch set!

Excellent location. If don't mind walking, it is 40-45mins to Nagoya JR. Many things to check out along the way. Pancakes/cafes lovers rejoice, cos they r jus 10-15mins walk away. The hotel itself is near shopping area. It's a lot like Ginza/Shinjuku area, but less crowded. Would totally recommend, and choose to stay again. Nice to have free coffee and donut available. Pretty gd mini donuts. Lawson is jus downstairs.

Feel like home

Service is warm and friendly. Room is spacious and well-lit. Amenities are free flowing. Cons are: Sound-proofing is behind so if your stay were during the busy holidays C/P will be down significantly. Not much can be adjusted re aircon. Air in the room seemed still comparing to those with air-purifier or individually controlled units

Good place and clean . Rooms are big enough for families
