Good location as close to JR station. But facilities are very old. Multiple things are broken without repairs. Dirty as dust on furniture surfaces. Very noise at night due to poor soundproofing!

Hotel is about 5 mins walk from the station via Lucent Tower underpass. This hotel is mostly catered for business guests, but there are also people like me who are here for sightseeing. Everything here is well provided and happy with the spacious single room allocated 😊 Didn't opt for breakfast so no comments on that.

The kettle should be replaced with the latest version, it took too long to boil. The lights inside the room was not enough & dim. The refrigerator inside the room makes some funny noise while operate.

The location is very good, the breakfast is delicious, the room is as described in the picture, and it is acceptable in all aspects. Parking costs 1,000 yen, so I parked in the parking lot opposite for 1,600 yen.

It's very convenient, within walking distance of the station, the rooms are clean, and there is a Family Mart on the first floor. However, the mattress is hard and not very comfortable.

The waiter was indifferent, there was no service, the Wi-Fi password could never be connected, the bathroom was very small, the hotel was not very new, it was a 10-minute walk from Nagoya JR Station, and it was quite convenient to get around, just turn left from Sakura-dori Exit and it was a 10-minute walk away.

The hotel room is quite large, and toiletries are collected at the front desk. You need to clean the room and hang a sign to leave the room. I checked in at the self-service machine, and it took some time. I couldn't scan the passport code to get out. The lady at the counter said that it must be operated on the machine. There is only one laundry room on the 3rd and 9th floors. It costs 500 yen to wash and dry. There is an ice machine on each floor, you can make it yourself. The location is just after the Meitetsu exit, and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk towards Takashimaya. I brought my baby and luggage.
