We had our company training in October 2024 and had booked 11 rooms in Hotel Hardeo, we were a group of around 25 people and our staying experience at the hotel was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. They ensured that they provided us with the best of their services. On request they also allowed us with early check-in, this helped us a lot in ensuring the team got ready on time for the company's training. In the evening the group had a little party and the hotel staff showed their cooperation in that as well. Their rooms are very clean and tidy. The food at the hotel is very tasty. Please mention of Mr. Pritam the hotel manager for his cooperation. I'll surely recommend people to stay at this hotel for their hospitality and their tasty food. Thanks

Worst experience, very rude and unprofessional staff, check in time is 2 pm but room was not available at 4:30 pm 😁, when I asked them to give room for fresh am up they given me used room and said that they can provide used room only , I will not recommend this hotel this hotel, price is also very high as compared to the other hotels , food quality is so so

Over all ok experience. They doesn't give airport drop / pick up fasclility to cust booked through mmt. Why such discrimination ? i have stayed their for almost 6 days spent 23k but didn't get drop fasclility. This is just not fare. A/c was not working properly which i have communicated to hotel
