During our stay at Heritage ◾️Excellent housekeeping staff trainees (especially a boy named Sohail) ◾️Very cooperative, intelligent& humble reception staff (especially Miss. Alisha) ◾️The complimentary breakfast was a winner🏆🎉🏆 ◾️2 drawbacks that need immediate attention: #1: The lift is too small. #2: The whole hotel smells of cigarette smoke including the rooms. Please make a smoking zone &a few non smoking rooms. Otherwise the hotel is well equipped with basic amenities so good luck to all in the future.

Hotel provided pick up facility but while chèck in, i informed for drop facility next day morning at 6 am at airport.. In all, i didn't received drop even though driver and reception staff was aware of it. Also, i come to know that the hotel is providing only one way facility. Plz be alert, book your own transport.

This hotel is value for money. Location wise. It's situated in sadar area. Just 10 mins from railway station and key market area. The rooms r nice, well maintained. With all necessary supplies like oral care, bathing accessories, shaving kits, etc. My experience of early check in and late check out was good. Staff is v helpful. This was my second stay and i was happy staying here

Good and very clean hotel. Best for business travel. Pick up and drop is included and is very convinent. Food is good for single traveller they offer small portions which is very good and appreciated. Staff is very cooperative and will ensure your stay is comfortable

It was a fab experience. The coffee was real amazing .I didn't had this kinda coffee anywhere on this earth . Love always. Feedback for improvement - Should allow unmarried couples as well as it restricted my stay last time when I had a male friend with me. And I didn't find a suitable stay at nagpur other than this. I had adjust at a worst place last time because corona house doesn't allow unmarried couples

This hotel is decent but location is not great. Our airport taxi refused to drop us to hotel quoting its busy road. We had to walk 10-15 steps. Hotel was decent. But no views or windows. It’s located in busy area. So light is not there from window. But all amnesties were there. Food in hotel was quite good. We ordered room service.
