Location wise is good, very near to the train station which directly come from the airport.
There's a grocery store and family mart right opposite the hotel & 7-11 next to the hotel.
Hotel will give coupons to redeem 2 glasses of Orion draf upon check in.

After check in hotel, I've expressed my concern about the inside desk and chair not suitable for the user. Afterwhile, the front desk member ring the bel and I open, found out their stuff move one sofa and desk to my room which really surprised me about their service......

Great location, near to monorail station with easy access to airport within 15 mins and Kokusai Dori shopping street and Makishi Market with lots of dining options.

I was very disappointed to find out upon check-in that the complimentary beer, which was mentioned in the reviews, has not been available since October. Also, 2500 JPY per person for breakfast is way too expensive, so we decided not to book it.

The hotel's location is very convenient and ideal. The rooms have been newly renovated and are neat and tidy. There is supermarket nearby and a bridge connects to the single rail train so there is no problem even if it rains.

All excellent for us. Great location near monorail station.
2 cans of beer for adults/night with complimentary drink extremely suggestion for drinking activity.
But breakfast is not full line buffet like others Japan hotel.
