The room was nice and spacious with a great toilet and amenities. The only downside is that they do “eco cleaning” which I understand, but they won’t even make your bed, I don’t mean replacing the bedsheets but just making your which all regular hotels do. They won’t clean your cups or replace them but they won’t also give you soap to clean your cups so I personally don’t think it’s eco cleaning it’s eco disgusting. Wiping the surfaces or making beds does not increase the use of water or resources. Besides that, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is a good highlight for sure. I would like them to improve their “eco cleaning” as it just looks they are “under staffed” for cleaning services and had to come up with a new term to greenwash their intentions. I would rather them not having disposable amenities, made of plastic.

Very attentive staff and room is well kept and of nice design. Located within walking distance from monorail and bus terminal. Some eateries and convenience shops are nearby too

Staff asked me to settle the room charges (while prepaid) upon check out and almost caused me to miss the flight. Ridiculous.

This hotel is great. The front desk staff is a very nice Indian girl with very good service. It is very close to Kokusai-dori. There are three convenience stores downstairs, 7-11, Family Mart, and Lawson. There is a Chinese restaurant called Black Tiger Dumplings downstairs, and there are many Japanese office workers late at night. There is a ryu bo department store 2 minutes walk away. The children love the stationery store on the 7th floor, and Kokusai-dori is very lively. The izakaya is very popular at night, and there is also Calbee Okinawa limited, which makes hot fries. The hotel breakfast is very good. Make an appointment in advance when checking in. It will be delivered on time. It looks small. But it is also very filling. The hotel is very close to Naha Airport, just 10 minutes by car.

The hotel is in a convenient location, near Kokusai Street. I heard the Teppanyaki restaurant downstairs is delicious, but there are no seats available without a reservation. There is a Lawson and a 7-11 downstairs, which is convenient for shopping, and there is an izakaya downstairs. If the hotel breakfast is delivered to the room, it will be delivered by 9:30 at the latest. The room is big, clean and satisfactory.
