Overall ok but wished hotel was more accessible to all the key tourist attractions and not so far away to everywhere I wanted to go!!

The mattress on the bed was deeply dented and broken, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.This was the first hotel I've ever stayed in that had to be cleaned for a fee.I was disappointed.I understand that the elevator was out of service, but somehow there was no service at all. I will never come again.

Traveling from Naha Airport by bus takes approximately 1 hour. Get off at the bus stop and walk a short distance. There are a lot of hotels in that area, but the good thing is that there is Aeon which is very close, 1 minute walk, takes 15 minutes to walk to Naha Kokusai Dori Shopping Street.
