Overall, not bad as per the market price of 3-star hotel. I booked a single room for 3 days. Though the room was allowed to dog friendly, it was clean. n no smelly. A comment i made is dusty filter of indoor unit was found.

I thought check-in was at 3:00, but it was 4:00, so I waited in the lobby for an hour.

It is very close to the tram station and DFS department store (many car rental counters are located here), and it comes with breakfast, which has a super high CP value. If you want to go to International Express, you can take only 3 stops. It is a very convenient place.

I stayed here for the first time. I had time before check-in, so I told the receptionist that I wanted to leave my luggage, but it was a man, but the response was a little angry and scary...I told him the same thing while I was busy. I'm sorry, but the room was clean. I was looking forward to having breakfast included, but there wasn't much to eat.

Toyoko in Naha feels a little worse than Toyoko in the north

駅近くで、DFSや大型スーパーマーケットが近くていい。朝食は日替わりで、沖縄料理があり満足。また利用します。部屋からの眺めもいいです。

台風時に宿泊したが、夕飯時に無料カレー配布サービス名があって感激した。駐車場入庫・出庫フロントサービスの両立で忙しそうにしていたが、笑顔で対応してくれたのもとても印象に残っている。

鍵がカードキーじゃなかったのが少しだけ不便でした。 ただ、ロケーションやサービスなどは最高でした！ ありがとうございました。

Never had this UNIQUE experience before. Arrived at the INN to be told that hot water supply was under repair. Will take 1 week or more. Alternative was to take my baths at another hotel! I accepted the 2nd alternative - move to another Toyoko INN.

The room did not have any space to open our luggages. Moreover, the hotel water heater broke down and the water was too cold to bathe during winter.
