beyond expectations! I really wanted to stay here because of the ryokan-inspired rooms and they were so comfortable and homely. There was sufficient space in the room, toilets were modern and impeccably clean, and beds were very comfortable. I didn’t realise I also had access to their private sauna which was wonderful as well. Location is just 10 mins from the main shopping street, and just 5 mins from a departmental store. Staff was also very kind. No complaints at all and would love to come back :)

The front desk service is first-class, the restaurant service is first-class, and the breakfast tastes first-class. It is highly recommended to choose Japanese food to avoid getting lost, and the transportation is convenient. The room is very large and quiet, the bed and sofa are also very clean, the horse toilet and bathtub are also perfect, and they are separate , so it is a cost-effective hotel!

I missed a drink due to lack of guidance from the front staff.

The decoration style is very modern, the facilities are very new, and the check-in experience is very comfortable. The only disadvantage is that the window is directly attached to a building, and the light and visual effects are not good, especially for the eyes, and it is impossible to relax by overlooking. The surrounding shopping malls and the subway are very close, and the International Express is within walking distance.

There are two hotels with similar names in the same place, but the staff are kindly guided. The room was very clean and fashionable. I want to use it again.

We rented 2 rooms and were surprised with the modern Japanese style rooms. It’s spacious and very clean. The place is fairly new with many amenities, including bottled water, etc. Parking within walking distance for $8/day. Breakfast is either Japanese or Western style. I wish they had an airport shuttle. Plenty of restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Monorail is easily accessible. Family Mart grocery store around the corner.

Excellent Hotel and ideal location for me. Quite and comfortable. Being American King room is different then the Japanese size. But was comfortable. Staff was very helpful, did everything they could to accommodate us. I will be back here my next visit no questions.
