Besides the bad weather, the hotel and its surroundings were neat and clean. Unfortunately, the closest seaside is not as nice as stated online, and it is a little bit troublesome to get there. But the staff is very helpful in booking restaurants and rent-a-cars, so with a little bit of extra planning and driving you can get to beautiful seasides easily from the hotel. Also, the price-included hot spring was very basic, while the other really nice one was expensive.

Overall it was ok. Good facility for hot spring. Close to airport. 7-10mints to Asahibashi monorail station. Approximately 20-30mints to Naha airport. Recommend to take monorail instead of taxi due to traffic. 24hrs 7eleven convenience store and ATM for overseas card holders is very useful. There are 2 breakfast restaurants options for 2800-3000 yen range . Staff was very helpful .

Services are very good and staffs are very friendly and approachable. Their English is pretty good compared with other hotels i stayed in Okinawa before. The bathroom maybe a bit old and the toilet seat is not clean when i first used it. Cleanliness can do better. Breakfast is great with wide variety of food. But the breakfast place is like a food court and too noisy. overall is a comfortable stay.

Rated 2 on service: No assistance provided to move luggages from car to front desk or from front desk to room, despite being right next to you. Location, however, is great - near Naha ferry port, about 10 min drive to Naha Kokusaidori St for shopping/restaurants, and grocery store is right across the hotel. 7/11 convenience store inside the hotel.

Didn't know that our room is small and so far away from the lobby. Was surprised that I have to pay for parking my car.

They upgraded my room fire service. I want them to offer rental swim wear for pool

Hotel room is good. But the breakfast disappointed us, as we didn’t expect breakfast was served in a hall room, like a school canteen, instead of a proper hotel restaurant. For this kind of big hotel, breakfast should have been served at a proper restaurant.

Room was spacious and conveniently located. Stay was perfect.

Nice hotel. Spacious room. Good breakfast. Great onsen. Swimming pools not so great though.
