Great hotel with big room and walking distance to shopping center. Wifi has issue when I came. I was waiting my luggages to come in my room but unfortunately they didn’t deliver it and still in the lobby.

Very good location, friendly staff, extremely clean

It was a good hotel in terms of location, cleanliness and breakfast variety. I can say that the attention and concern of the staff is very good. It's a hotel I can easily recommend.

Terrible place, to say this is a Hilton hotel it is a disgrace. When we arrived for check in the receptionist did not speak English she used her phone to translate. Very unwelcoming. It is supposed to be non smoking in the rooms but there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. The rooms were dirty, the spa advertises a gym which when we went to use it we were told no gym, the pool is tiny and freezing cold we were unable to swim in there!! The steam room was not even open on some days and we had to ask for it to be opened and then we had to ask for water to enable steam. Very unfriendly staff no help with luggage on arrival or departure. The only good thing about my 10 day stay was the breakfast which was plentiful and the staff in the restaurant were pleasant. I have previously stayed at the akgun hotel and Ramada which are a bit further out of the centre so I decided to go with the Hilton as it was in the centre and I thought being the Hilton it would be a 5 star hotel, definitely not, I would only give 2 stars and that is just for the breakfast and the restaurant staff. My future stays will definitely not be at this hotel and I would not recommend wasting your money here. The akgun and Ramada may be out of the centre but you can get the dolmus or a taxi into the centre so I will be staying at one of these hotels in the future and I would recommend these hotels for your stay. This has definitely put me off booking any stays in Hilton hotels anywhere in my future travels.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in my life. Very clean very respectful. The breakfast is really delicious and varied. I wish I had stayed here before Thank you very much to Mr. Hasan, the manager of the hotel, for his interest. We parked our car easily in the parking lot it wasn't like the other reviews.

Lovely hotel friendly staff but not up to Hilton standards, if you are seeking Hilton comfort. Dark structure, lighting terrible, parking worse even although they use vale service. Poor indoor design and old furnitures etc, no working coffe machine…classic 4 start hotel but not Hilton.

I immediately informed the Hilton CEO, ECR and Head office that despite being a valued patron Hilton Diamond member. This hotel deliberately failed to value an upgrade with suite or any other room. All the rooms showed live on the sytem available. Not even one member of the DoubleTree by Hilton Elazig welcomed, greeted or offered hi or hello or even offered a smile. After the first night I showed my dismay not being upgraded as Hilton Diamond member. Also mentioned to him not happy with the room has no bath tub and ac not working below sub-standard room. His behaviour along with all the management was shocking none existent and despite bring the matter for attention of Hilton head office who got involved the hotel refused to rectity the matter. After 9 nine nights room was only cleaned once. Breakfast no option of English or American no sausages, beans, waffles, croissants, danish pastries and even the orange juice was not fresh. Many days had no orange juice and said no latte in this hotel either. Virtually all the staff couldn't communicate in English the least they could do was smile. Hasan Polat the front office manager lied to Hilton team whom conducting the investigation. He falsely advised them had a meeting with me discussed and explained the problems. This same guy was virtually at the restaurant during breakfast never did he greet, smile or welcome or talk to me. Had the audacitiy to lie and pretend that he did and even though they have cctv cameras in the hotel will never be able to prove this because he was rude and arrogant to even talk to me face to face.
